Went ahead and gave them a call to ask if they had a medication because another pharmacy informed me they did. They didn't answer the phone for over 2 hours. Drove from South Boston to Brookline to go to the pharmacy because I need this medication. Just to go into the pharmacy for them to tell me they didn't have it. As a Walgreens customer I don't appreciate their level customer service because they didn't even try to go ahead and make sure themselves that that medication was at the places that they handle me on a sheet or offer to order it but yet dismissed my questions and didn't even mine to help at all.

I had a $20 redeemable coupon through an app and based on the info at the store I was only able to redeem $10.

Then proceeded to just watch me in the store while there was a group of people in there with me. Never once looked at them while they were in the store but when I was checking products out in front of her I turned around and she was watching me and making it a point to stare at me. Then I moved to look at moisturizers that were closer to the door and while I had picked up a moisturizer to pay for it and was moving to go to the register she comes up and asks me if I need help with anything as if she was scared I was going to run out the store when I was quite literally going towards the register. As I handed her the product to ring me out and swiped my card to pay for it she Would not let it go Or bag it up For me until after the card was approved and even after the fact just handed it to me and asked me for a receipt. I will say it is VERY disheartening that in 2025 people are still being profiled racially in an area that is known for being culturally diverse. I understand that there are people who come in and steal but to be profiled was just very uncomfortable and upsetting. Had I looked like the people who had just come in I would've been regarded in the same manner they were which was being left alone and allowing them to shop comfortably but because I was not someone she considered acceptable I was basically followed in the store. I just wanted to say it is very disgusting that in todays age we are still being racially profiled and wanted to make people aware of this incident as I am not sure how many other people also go through this. I unfortunately now have been made uncomfortable and will no longer come in here to shop even though I love K-beauty products but I can not support a place who does this to customers who are a different ethnicity/race.

And this happened multiple times, even though I apologized for being late, and it didn't seem to conflict with anyone else's appointment. I left one too many times feeling that she acts like she knows what she's doing but may not be as good as she believes. She repeatedly, over multiple visits, objected that I couldn't have experienced some of the things I told her that I did, with respect to how laser and electrolysis worked on me. If someone experienced something, even if it violates the laws of the physics, ya still have to acknowledge that that person felt or experienced something, even if it was a hallucination or something. Her know-it-all attitude that isn't open to adjusting her opinion in the face of different information became irritating to the point that I couldn't spend more than the thousand or so dollars I had already spent there. I stopped going and decided to only get laser when I traveled to other cities, as many of the places in Boston are way too expensive. For comparison, my favorite place in the world does a 20 minute area for about $20 and it barely feels like anything is happening, though I noticed the results. Bridget does the same area, with much older more painful equipment for $250 and it takes an hour. It would cause my skin to be severely irritated, to the point of looking burned. Yes, sometimes laser is painful, but there are techniques to get it done efficiently, and you would think she would have learned these techniques, but perhaps she doesn't do it enough for her to have picked up the techniques. Yes, her equipment is aging, but she clings onto it because it costs "so much money," and she cares more about all of the money she's had to invest than the pain and suffering of her clients. She originally assured me she would use cooling for the laser work, and then went ahead and did it the same old way she must have always done, with no air cooling. It made me suspect that she only agreed with me to get me to try her service. I wish I had tried some other places, but I figured the devil you know is better than the devil you don't. Anyways, it was expensive, but it did the job for the most part. Also, I have to put two of the other reviews in perspective. For one thing, hair growing back in two days is not totally unheard of, even for a treatment that works. On the other hand, I too am from LA and Bridget does not impress me as being as good as the better electrolysis/laser practitioners in LA. I know that not everyone in Boston has an attitude, but she often did, and life's too short to keep giving hundreds of dollars a visit to someone who seems to reguard one with contempt. I don't know what that was about, but I had enough. I hesitated to write this review for a long time, because I don't know the other places in Boston, but if she's the best and the others are worse, Boston is really in trouble. I'll have to give another a try.

I've done red light therapy (love that!), some light chemical peels (they work and she can control if you get flaky skin or not) and some IPL too. (I don't know what that is but it zaps you and leaves you with really soft, glowing skin). Her Hylunia skin products are great too. I started using them, then we used them on my son for dry skin and I've even got my husband dabbing some on now too. The prices are reasonable and Bridget is a true pro. She gets referrals all the time from local hospitals. She's that good.

Very sketchy doctor and staff!…read more If you read the reviews, there is a general consensus. The front desk staff (it's one lady) is absolutely terrible. She is unfriendly, not helpful, and rather cause probable than fix them. First of all, right before I had my surgery to have my wisdom teeth removed, Dr. Orden didn't know which side of my mouth he was removing my wisdom teeth from when I asked him which is extremely concerning for 5 minutes before a surgery. Also, Dr Orden is not a friendly guy, I haven't met many doctors that would scold you for asking questions. Now to the sketchy part. I have called over 30 times to get details from them for insurance reasons. The lady at the front desk is about 60 years old and very delusional. She will answer the phone when I call and than beat around the bush when asked about information for insurance reasons. It always ends with "I'll call you back" which leads to me never hearing back from them, and then I will call again without an answer. Next step I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. There are so many good dental surgeons in Boston, do not waste your time dealing with this team of nut jobs.
