I don't know why I tell my doctor to send my prescriptions to the Canton, NC location. The pharmacy opens late, close early and doesn't have the decency to give you your prescription when you have sat in the drive thru 30 minutes before they close at 7pm. They had 2 cars left in line to assist after helping the last car at 7:10 and told the last 2 cars they closed at 7. I'm sick with pneumonia and didn't feel like walking inside or going to jai. I just wanted my meds. A real person never answers the phone either. I wish Rite aid was still there. I never had any issues with them. read more

The Walgreens is fine. The pharmacy is not. That pharmacy has never failed to make things difficult and be disorganized and take forever. I've used Walgreens forever in multiple locations and never have I had this much annoyance with just picking up my medications. One, why do yall open at 10am instead of 8 or 9 like literally every other pharmacy I've been to. For a bunch of middle aged white women yall aren't organized. Takes twenty minutes of sitting in the drive thru for yall to find my meds that you won't stop blowing up my phone about. Ridiculous read more

I have never been so abused, treated with discrimination and prejudice in my life. I have 2 acute spinal cord injuries and a massive rotator cuff tear in my left shoulder. I am awaiting surgery. I have been working very closely with my primary care physician. He sent my narcotic Rx to this pharmacy on a Friday morning so I could obtain what I needed Saturday evening and wouldn't be without narcotic coverage Sunday morning. Saturday evening the pharmacist had 6 Rx's ready for me but said they didn't have the time to fill the narcotic Rx and refused to fill it. Said to come back Sunday morning at 11:00, leaving me without my much needed medication for many hours. I suppose the pharmacist thinks that I, their patient, stays in bed until 10:00, as if I am able to sleep much in my current state of awaiting surgical intervention. This pharmacist obviously has a narcotic problem themselves. It's just like a smoker who quits and then believes they have a right to judge a current smoker. The pharmacist needs to be evaluated for their abuse of narcotics. I stood right there, opened the bag and bottle, poured the pills out, inspected them and counted them in front of everyone. I wasn't leaving with a mistake and have to deal with them again. I left all the other Rx's with them, drove to a different pharmacy and asked them to pull all of the other Rx's to them.
