Very clean facilities and very nice people. Not sure if it was because they were busy or what, but I had three different techs working on my nails. I did have 2 repairs on top of my fill and they had to cut everything down just a hair so the rest of my nails would match the length of the new tips. They charged $30 which is pretty standard when you add in the two repairs. I would definitely be back. Because they're in a shopping center, there is truck parking available, but it might be some tight maneuvering. We were bobtail at the time.

Upon first walking in I was greeted and asked to pick a color. My nails were done by a gentleman named Q. He had me cracking up during the duration of my nail session. He was very quick, professional, and did exactly what I asked for. He was awesome and my nails look amazing. My pedicure was done by Kim. SHE WAS AMAZING!!! By far the best pedicure I've ever received. I got the solar pedicure. She took her time, made sure I was okay, and just overall made it an amazing experience. Heads Up is well appointed, comfortable and inviting. The hairdressers stations (Cosmologist?) are well designed like nice furniture and the staffing is of a more professional and engaging nature than going to a typical discount haircut chain. I'd recommend you ask for Sammy when your there, she takes walk-ins as well as appointments. Sh'e licensed to work in several states and is a very friendly and easy going stylist who really cares about helping you look your best. Like most salons, she is an independent person and like the other stylists there pay rent and do not draw a paycheck like the rest of us. So if she does a great job give her a nice tip! The owners of Headz Up have done a great job creating a place that is comfortable, friendly and professional and its clear they care about the clientele and the independent stylists who work there.
