The travel, sun and vacation items seem to be on the first floor, along with the snacks and goodies. The beverages as well. The second floor is a normal pharmacy, make up and other random convenience items. I headed upstairs to get facial cleanser, probiotic, a thumb stabilizer, as well as a brow pencil. At least everything I needed was all on the same floor. I was looking for a small container for cleanser, but ended up having to get a normal sized Neutrogena bottle. read more

There's a worker during the night shift, blondish hair, white male, glasses, who is incredibly condescending, sexist, and arrogant. He insulted my wife the first night we went there looking for supplies then insulted me the next night. I've never felt more uncomfortable to shop anywhere especially with my wife in my life. This two story Walgreens with liquor store addition is my favorite go to convenience store while visiting Clearwater beach. Centrally located in the midst of the traffic circle just steps from the sand. Within walking distance of dozens of hotels and a multitude of beach homes. This gigantic version of your neighborhood Walgreens offers everything you'd need to survive your vacation, a workday and/or late night snack craving. The first floor features a variety of snack food, beverages, beachwear and outdoorsy essentials. The escalator ride upstairs takes you to the pharmacy that's typical of what you'd expect to find at Walgreens. I've stopped by quite a few times for a number of reasons and found the store to be clean and well kept. I really like the two story layout and separate liquor store. Overall pleasant experiences and I tend to find what I'm looking for every time. read more

OVERFLOWING GARBAGE, Clearwater vistes by millions of tourist each year. And this is how they keep the Walgreens a couple hundred feet from the beach. With that many people visiting don't you think you should have someone cleaning that bathroom MORE that 1 time per day? I was having trouble with my hotel and charging to my credit/debit card. So I was instructed by hotel staff to get credit gift cards. So we came here to Walgreens. Heather helped me out. We were having trouble getting the cards to activate and we had to try several cards with out success. Heather Went above and beyond her duties to make sure they would work. I was having a total break down fast. But she and another one of her coworkers Cilla ( the make up and beauty clear upstairs ) made me feel like it would be ok. In the end it turned out fine. read more

Nice store, great location, very convenient for vacationers; parking is free; but, has a time limit. We came in to fill a prescription; but, the person working the pharmacy was unable to fill what we needed. She referred us to two other pharmacy locations, which were within a couple of miles; and, verified that they accepted our insurance; and, would be able to fill the prescription. I wish we could have given them more business, just on the professionalism and helpfulness of this one employee. But, we were pressed to get my wife the medications she needed before returning to our hotel. Great stop; highly recommend Walgreens on Clearwater Beach. read more

I went in yesterday and there were 3 people not wearing masks and one in particular was in front of me at the pharmacy talking directly to both individuals behind the counter about topics not even related to pharmaceutical needs and instead "how's the family etc. This is a health facility that doesn't enforce basic health protective measures while covid is running rampant. My insurance only accepts Walgreens so I'm stuck between a rock and a hard place. Went to CVS on Mandalay right after and it was a completely different feel. All were wearing masks. read more

This pharmacy is THE BEST. The Senior Pharmacist, named George, is simply the most efficient, kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful pharmacist with whom I've ever interacted. My prescriptions are always ready promptly. My questions are always answered comprehensively. And George has even helped me resource discounts for (wildly expensive) prescriptions not covered by insurance. Just this week, he saved me over $500 in one visit. Medications are often needed in less-than-ideal health circumstances, but it is a genuine relief and reassurance to have someone like this nearby. I'm extremely grateful. read more

Huge Walgreens with two levels. Top level has all the health, beauty and household items. First level has souvenirs, food, drinks, etc. First level also has its alcoholic area in a different room. Friendly staff and store is open 24/7. read more

Nice and clean store with plenty of variety. It's two stories, so they will most likely have what you need from a drugstore, along with extra snacks and basic grocery items. I'm a bit disappointed with the service. One of the employees, Mirit, was rude, sarcastic, and even walked away when we were asking for some guidance around the store. read more

Nice and convenient location near the wonderful Clearwater beach. However, the store is disorganized and not clean enough. They made a mistake scanning an item that we didn't buy, then we had to wait 30 minutes to get the credit back only after the manager had security check the videos. The manager was very sarcastic with the situation and probably biased in many ways. The bathroom was in terrible conditions. I would give zero stars if it wasn't by the convenient store location and security staff that was very gentle and polite. Nevertheless, they definitely need lots of improvement. read more

The store itself is fine. They carry just about anything a vacationer would need. The people are also very friendly. My complaint is that most of the horizontal surfaces in the bathroom are dirty and the vent is completely foul. One of these days a clump of whatever that is is going to fall on somebody and it isn't going to be pretty. read more

I love this Walgreens. The employees are very friendly and fast processing customers at this busy, 2-story Walgreens on beautiful Clearwater Beach, FL. I especially enjoy Mirit Elagroudy who works as a Beauty Consultant upstairs in the cosmetics section who was nice enough to help me pick out quality products and even give me a makeover! She gave me cool samples which I am enjoying. Everybody in this store is great, especially the manager(s). I love their escalator! read more
