Recent financial hurdles have put me in a situation. Where I need to hold off on the deep cleaning. I am fifty-seven and I have only ever had one deep cleaning in my life, which was two years ago at this office. According to the representative that called me, "Me not Having this service, prevents them from performing my bi-annual teeth cleaning." The representative was extorting me to perform the big $ service or not have the option for my routine cleaning and x-rays. I did advise the representative that called me that I would be looking for a new Dentist. There was no reply from the representative when I advised her of my intentions. This is how a business with a focus on profits treats a longtime patron vs a business with the patrons needs (both medical and financial) as their primary focus. I took away from this conversation if you go to Bright Smiles and you have a more profitable service they deem as mandatory, they will eventually require the expensive procedure to be done. If you do not do it, they will cut you off from the basic services provided by dentists. Make sure your credit cards have room or you have disposable funds, when considering Bright Smiles. As an 8-year customer, I was blown away by the audacity of the representative and the entire Management Team of Bright Smiles.
