Just ridiculous. They are probably moving an average of $10,000 worth of prescriptions an hour yet I have never seen more than 1 employee other than the pharmacist working behind the counter. This 1 employee has to handle both the drive-through and the counter. If you are at the counter inside they for some reason give the drive-through priority. I have stood at the counter before for nearly 10 minutes waiting to be served just to watch the pharmacy tech rush over to the drive-through window to help the vehicle the moment it pulls up, and make me wait until that car has been served. God forbid another vehicle pulls up before they acknowledge you. Going elsewhere from now on. read more

The pharmacy drive thru was SO slow. Waited 24 minutes in a line of, maybe, 6 cars. I was in the right lane and was told to wait while she helped TWO new cars in the left lane that pulled up AFTER me. After sending over my prescription in the basket--which had broken buttons by the way--she walked off to help a customer inside that took 10 minutes. I spent nearly 45 minutes in line at Walgreens, from just after 6pm to 6:45 on a Saturday night. Ridiculous. I'd rather drive farther to a different Walgreens if it will be faster. read more

If you are dying and need to go here for medicine DON'T. Stay as far away from this place as possible. Management is a joke, the pharmacy has nobody workung there, and in general the only people who are nice are the people who greet you when you walk in. The last thing I want to see when picking up a prescription is a long line. They seemed unorganized. All I kept hearing was "that's not ready". No wonder the line was long. I was told the same thing. The reason I was there is I was notified that my stuff WAS ready. They did, however, get the script quickly after that. I've had problems before with this location so be wary. read more

Returning to get my 2nd vaccine there, got there 15 mins early before my app time, but still waited more than 45 mins to eventually get it. I would be OKAY if they were busy, but that's not the case. The whole time I was waiting with my 4 year old, only two people came to pick up their prescriptions, car pick up line was mostly empty as well. Had no idea what the four or five pharmacists were doing behind there. I eventually got tied of waiting and also needed to drop off my kid and get to work, so I went up to ask for a more accurate waiting time and see if I just needed to come back another time, one of the ladies told me to "wait for a few moments " with a very impatient and rude tone (like I haven't been). Didn't catch her name tag as she was standing by the window watching a empty car line, a bit far from me. After I asked, somebody came out within 5 mins. Not sure if I would be spending my half morning there if I didn't ask. read more

This is by far THE WORST PHARMACY I have ever been to!!! We were doing business here for a year and have recently switched to cvs due to horrible customer service! They never had our meds correct. NEVER. And we're almost always rude to us. We would wait in a 30 minute line just for them to tell us that they do not have our meds ready and would need to order some more and to come back. AFTER we called to verify before leaving the house. SO FRUSTRATING!!! Month after month this happened. And every time, the employees were extremely rude to us. So happy we switched to cvs on 1488. I will gladly drive the extra 30 minutes out of the way to have been customer service. Don't waste your time!!!! read more

They have messed up my prescription 3 times causing me to drive 30 minutes out the way in traffic to get my RX. They are terrible at communicating with the Doctor and have outdated information. They are unreliable. Incompetent. Rude. Do yourself a favor and don't even bother. read more

Worst pharmacy service ever. Got out of surgery an we came to drop off 3 prescriptions. Was told it would be 20 minutes so we waited. When we came back we were told they were waiting on approval to do a 90 day supply. When I explained nothing was 90 days the tech tried to argue with me. I had to go through 3 people before I could convince them the they were for 3 days. read more

I came in this evening to get my grandson's prescription filled. I went to the pharmacy and waited a few moments before I had to say, "hello" to get anyone's attention. Then I was met with, We will be there in a minute". No, apology, no explanation. The person working is not wearing any kind of identification. He was very short with me and not very personable. He seems to be more focused on those who come through the drive through than he does those who have to come in. Not very good customer service. read more

This is absolutely the worst pharmacy I have ever had to deal with, and it is very unfortunate because it is practically right up the road from my house. Where do I begin?? On multiple occasions, they have told me my prescription was ready for pickup when it had not been filled yet. To add insult to injury, you don't know that until you've already waited in (usually) long lines and VERY slow service. Did I already say long lines and exceptionally slow service?? I've spent 32 minutes waiting in a line that consisted of only 3 people ahead of me. I've been the ONLY person to pull up in the drive-through and was ignored for 11 minutes!! They didn't even say "Hello, we'll be with you shortly" after pressing the button for service. They walk back and forth past the window. The only reason I didn't go inside was there was a line of people and I knew that wasn't going to be any faster. When the employee did finally get on the intercom, I asked why it took them 11 minutes to even acknowledge I was there?? His response was to say nobody saw me! A blatant lie as they walk back and forth almost directly towards the drive-thru window often, but pure incompetence if it were true. I no longer go here... It is faster to drive 10 miles further to a 24 hr. CVS than to drive less than a mile from my house and deal with these clowns. read more

My elderly parents have used this Walgreens (Store #7632 on College Park, The Woodlands, next to St. Luke's hospital) for seven years and have difficulty with the pharmacy for many years. Problems include shorting of prescription medication, many trips to correct a filled prescription error, and the latest error of not filling all the prescriptions on the doctor's prescription form after hospitalization due to a life threatening infection. It was two days before it discovered that my mother was not given a prescription, which was included on the doctor's prescription form. The form included multiple prescriptions, including the deleted antibiotic. After calling the Walgreens pharmacy, they confirmed that they never filled the prescription antibiotic, and we were told it would be ready in 45 minutes. The staff stated that the deletion of the antibiotic was not due to being out of stock. One and half hours later the prescription is still not ready. The least the staff could do is to rush fill the prescription. However, the pharmacy staff did not attempt or offer to rush the prescription. read more
