I like to say thank you today. I came in for one product that was fully stocked yesterday but was sold out today. Someone who works there heard me complaining and ran to me to assist me. I wish I got his name. He checked in the back to see if he could find it but didn't. Instead he found a different version that was on sale. A 22.99$ item on sale for 2.29$. I was amazed and very pleased with the product. So to the guy who came to the store and bought the whole stock on the shelf I say thank you. I also want to add how nice the cashier was. Overall, the Walgreen's store have a great and friendly staff and customer service. The environment is always welcoming. I moved to Conyers, GA and visit this store quite often. On the other hand, the PHARMACY department need to be closed. If I'm not waiting in the store or in their drive thru under 30 minutes, it is a shock! It doesn't matter what time of the day you go neither! My eye doctor and our pediatrician get discourage when they have to call to place in an order. It is embarrassing! My eye doctor was on hold for over 2 HOURS! It's always something with them! Today takes the cake! That's why I'm on here. They never called to say my medicine was ready Saturday or Sunday. I waited in the drive thru for 42 minutes and the lady just put the signs up in the window- stating they are closed! I need my medicine and I been in line before you closed! I am here to warn others, please listen and DO NOT go to this pharmacy! I never had a great experience in this department. I honestly, regret to go but my family and I have this Walgreen's as our pharmacy. Choose another Walgreen's pharmacy department! I'm finally realizing is not worth my health and piss poor customer service. We cannot think about other people and their jobs when this many people are upset about not getting their medicine and not receiving the best service. Possible suggestions for improvements: (1) Maybe hire more people. Possible someone on phone orders and/or refilling. (2) Close the drive thru if you are not fully staff; (3) Have customers to pull numbers. Lastly, place a sign with a number to call for customer survey or reviews of customer service. They maybe some like me, who will complain and change business, yet will offer solutions to your problems to help build a better community. As I sit here in this line again I want to warn anyone about using Walgreens to fill their prescriptions. Each week I drop off my prescriptions and I am lied to as to when they'll be ready. I realize drug stores are busy, but what you have to deal with here to get a prescription filled is ridiculous. You can choose the drugstore you want to use but I'm not gonna use this drug store again. I was just told at the window after dropping my prescription off five hours ago, and they assured me it would be ready in an hour and a half; just a moment sir while we finish that up for you;. It's nothing but lies that you get here they have not filled my prescription or attempted to fill my prescription, until I drive back up here five hours later and sit here and wait on it to be filled. I waited in line for 40mins just to pickup my prescription. It was already ready to be picked up..There was only 1 person working in the Walgreens pharmacy area. This is unacceptable to only have one tech working checking customers out inside and checking customers out through the drive thru window. I bought my son here today to get his 2nd covid Vaccine., Im the only one there and I m waiting at the counter for 8 mins. They're looking at me and say absolutely nothing. ,same as with the 1st. shot. After a man days someone will be with you . 20 mins. later the same girl as with the first dose, after looking ate and discussing her personal life with coworkers, finally call him over for shot. just despicable service both times. Needed to get a prescription transferred and stayed on hold for 45 minutes. Drove over and there was only 1 person waiting. There were 3 people working in the pharmacy. I decided to call to see what happens and they just don't answer the phone. Called the other Walgreens on Milstead Ave. they they helped me right away. To have 7 reviews with only 1 star on all of them should be pretty embarrassing. read more

I have never had a 5 star or even 4 star experience with this pharmacy. As I type, I have waited for 45 minutes to pick up a prescription because I was asked to come back because my prescription wasn't ready yesterday. This was frustrating because not only did I call prior to the drive there to make sure that it was ready (I was told by phone it was), but when I arrived there the employee was neither apologetic or accommodating. She almost gave the impression that I was lying. My daughter has a prescription that had to be taken a specific day each week. We had so many problems with her prescription that her days were always off. I am moving my business elsewhere. read more

Don't go to Walgreens for your vaccinations. They are slow unorganized and under staff. Ridiculous.

On 5/20/20 I placed an order for a canvas to be printed the same day. After placing the order I received a call from a friendly gentleman who stated that they didn't have the supplies to make the canvas, but the supplies would arrive in a few days. I explained that I didn't need the photo until 5/30/20, which he stated the supplies would be there by then. On 5/23/20 I received an email letting me know my canvass was ready for pick up. Awesome!!! I came to the store on 5/30/20 and interacted with Keli who stated my order could not be fulfilled. I advised her that I received an email saying it was ready. She nonchalantly explained that corporate sends "ready for pick up" emails on mistake," which makes no sense. She said all the stores are out of supplies. I inquired if she could call other stores to check and she simply said no. Keli was not helpful, condescending, and I would hate for her to have acted that way because I am African American. I left the store and called a Walgreens in Stone Mountain and my order was completed within an hour. Keli did nothing to assist or rectify the situation. She needs better training in customer service. She could have at least reached out to neighboring stores and tried to assist since it was Walgreens fault. If a person receives an email saying an order is ready, they have a reasonable notion to feel it is true. read more
