The CASHIER, should handle CUSTOMERS AND DRIVE THU. NOTHING ELSE! I switched to OPTUM to get me meds by mail. (They have never screwed up.) The attitude of some of the staff as well as their inability to listen to your concerns is frustrating. It's reached my tolerance threshold. They have never apologized when, for example, I called in the morning and the tech said my single medication (which I identified clearly) will be ready the next day in the afternoon, only to find out after arriving to pick it up that the correct script was not sent in by my doctor. They had almost 2 days to find out about the script problem and let me know, so it shows they hadn't worked on it at all by the time I arrived the next day an hour before closing and asked for the medication that they told me would be ready to pick up. I could have contacted my doctor directly to fix the problem (or they could have via e-script request). Notably, it was not busy at all. Mine was the only car in the drive-through, and I could see inside. There was one customer at the counter and no line. I was trying to stay civil but could not help feeling angry. Now it is Saturday evening, and I cannot reach my doctor until Monday to simply request a script refill. I did see my doctor within the last month. The lack of apology (which would have dissolved my negative feelings) and the attitude (body language and voice of both the tech and the pharmacist) that I was some kind of whiner was the final straw. I'm going to another pharmacy, with another company.
