This was by far the worst shopping experience!! I submitted photos for printing on the app and was told to go and pick it up at 7:12. I arrived there at 7:00. The staff told me that my photo wasn't ready and to wait for a while. I waited until 7:30. She told me it wasn't ready yet. Then I kept waiting until 8:00. I asked again and she finally told me that the machine had a glitch and asked me to come back tomorrow to pick up the photo!! wtf？？？！！Why didn't she tell me earlier? At this Walgreens pharmacy they don't answer the phones they put you on hold and disconnect you go over there to ask for a certain medication they give you wrong information words that you're looking like a dumb ass looking for that I am on the wall that they said they close for lunch and you're stuck I can't ask no questions. Went to this location today looking for tanning lotion. They only had sunblock out in display. I am very grateful for Kenia who works at this location I asked her for help and she went out of her way to go to the back and found tanning spray for me. This store is fairly new. I came in just to get something for my son's Easter basket. This Walgreens was clean and well organized. After I found what I needed for my son I headed over to the cosmetics aisle and was checking out the nail polish and they had Sinful Colors for $.99! So of course I grabbed me a couple. The girl at the register was so nice. I asked her if they had a particular gift card because I couldn't find it. She walked from the register to the aisle with the gift cards and looked for it. I was having a terrible, horrible, no good, very bad day! Such as Alexander, albeit different situations.. I felt exactly like he did, with triple the gum in my hair! I figured a little retail therapy would cheer me up, being Mother's Day and all, and being a big spender, Walgreens seemed to be the spot to splurge my $10, and pocket full of coupons, at. I browsed for a whopping 30 minutes before they started announcing the store closure countdown every 5 minutes. Very distracting and makes me feel like I'm on an episode of Supermarket Sweep! Being the annoying typical customer that I am, I take my final items to the register at "the store is now closed" announcement. Sorry. Vanessa helped me out and she didn't seem one bit annoyed at the time. Not annoyed when my coupons would not go through as I planned. Not annoyed as she had to call out "code 2" 4 different times to have her manager come override whatever mess I was making the register do! And not annoyed when I asked her to charge my stuff over (code 2 again) because I was short a few cents! Yes folks, cents, sh*t happens! Now Vanessa, if you were annoyed, then please consider acting or something, because the award goes to you for acting like a sweetheart! I appreciate you :) The manager Mata, (y'all speak Spanish? Called right now. 3:50 p.m. November 1st and asked if this location has a 90% off clearance bin with t-shirts in it. The young guy didn't know so he put me on hold forever. Then it rings again and answers like he forgot about it and then he put me on hold again! Then after waiting, I guess I was transferred to someone else who also didn't know. He didn't even care that I was upset at waiting so long and didn't care to apologize. Your employees should really know their store and learn to be more friendly over the phone. Worst pharmacy!!! Don't waste your time...out of the 3 times I had to have a prescription filled something always goes wrong. They have the worst service, and they lie. Today I asked them to give me a call as soon as my prescription was ready..they said 1 hour. When I showed up...they told me it was on back order. Why couldn't they notify me so I can go elsewhere! To make matters worse they had me wait an additional 3 hrs...and within that time they said that they were going to call my DR and insurance to get it through...guess what...they didnt do anything! The store itself is good. This review is strictly based on the pharmacy. They have odd "break" and "brunch" hours and they are inconsistent in their hours of operation. The wait is always long, and even if there is no line- it will take several minutes for a pharmacist or assistant to acknowledge you. It always appears like the world is ending on their side of the counter. Has happened on several occasions and I'm told I'm not alone in my experience. And even after that they still call. I called again today, the lady hanged up on me.I called back again and the lady was completely rude and unprofessional. I gave her my number and she told me in a smartass remark to slow down. First I think u gotta be quick if u work in this field. Its only a few numbers. I repeated myself 5 times. I'm not lying either. And she read it back to me wrong again. Ridiculous!!!! I even slowed down for her. I should have got her name but whatever. Hopefully I don't get those 2 calls a day anymore. Kinda small walgreens, has a slushee machine and you can usually find some decent deals and stuff you need in there quick.

Bring your patience peeps if you want your photos machines don't work at our pace. Workers are nice, and helpful. Clean and reliable.
