An older gentleman looked at me quizzically when he came in and inquired about the long line at the counter. I went back the next morning and arrived at 9:36 am, waiting in the drive-thru until they opened at 10:00. When I finally got to the window, I was told only one prescription was ready and the others would take another hour. I waited in the parking lot, received a text that my medications were ready, but when I pulled back up they still weren't. The pharmacist then told me AGAIN to wait another hour. When I explained that I had already been waiting and that this was unacceptable, she told me to come inside. I physically could not walk inside because my knee has a large cyst, is severely swollen, and I've been in pain all night--this is exactly why I was in the ER to begin with. The complete lack of understanding and compassion, along with the poor customer service, was beyond frustrating. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had at a pharmacy, and I will never use this Walgreens again.
