Very long wait times for time sensitive medication such as antibiotics. Switching to a different pharmacist.

Do you have an important medication, that is supposed to be injected on the same day each month? Well this isn't the pharmacy for you, for the past five months I have asked to have my prescription put on autofill. For the past five months I have had to go in MULTIPLE times to get this script refilled. They cannot seem to figure out how to do the autofill. The past five months I have NOT been able to do the injection on time, because of delays caused by this pharmacy. Today I went to get the script that was supposed to be injected yesterday. I was told that it is in, but it won't be unloaded from the truck for multiple hours. Oh that's nice, my doctors office will be closed by then until Monday. So again, I am missing an important medication. This is my last refill after over ten years with Walgreens. Here's to hoping that smiths grasps the concept that when a medication needs to be injected on the same day each month, that I can't sit here and try to be a pharmacist. That's not my job, please don't offer auto refill, or text notifications if these systems DO NOT work. So again, thank you for making me late for a 6th month on an injection. read more

Have been using this pharmacy for over 20 years. Received text saying prescriptions ready. Wait in line for an hout only to be told I do not have any ready. Look at my app it shows canceled. They don't tell me this. Transferred scripts same day. read more

Management needs to inform employees of changes, for orders coming into the store. If it's coming in a day late due to a holiday, then everyone in that store should know when you're talking to customers. Was told something was coming in today went down there, and it came in yesterday and it's already out of stock. The manager does not communicate with his employees, bad management read more

Worst pharmacy service ever. The unfriendly female comes to the window and rolls her eyes and tells me the previous tech has misinformed me it is going to be 20-25 minutes not 15 minutes. They need to teach customer service and communication skills. Yet more deplorable pharmacy service. They told me that no one in Farmington had my script and they would have it Monday. I called Tuesday and no one would answer the phone they kept picking it up and putting it on hold and then hung up without even answering. My doctors office called them and they told them they had the script. I'm done moving on to better customer service and people that have their act together. read more

Imagine sending two grown women (50's!!) buying a couple of bottles of wine away because one left her wallet at home and didn't have her ID...because we walked in together!! Checker called the self-important manager over who was happy to lose a sale to the fully legal adult WITH an ID (did I mention we are 50's??) because "all members of a group must be of legal drinking age." They wouldn't even let one of us leave the store and come back in. Nevermind the fact we witnessed a mom with two young children buying alcohol two minutes prior (is that not a group??). We live out-of-state, where backwards arbitrary "laws" don't exist, but decent and reasonable customer service does. Not trying to be a Karen, but this is so ridiculous we had to laugh as we ran to the grocery store across the street and purchased the same wine (same state, same rules?) in line together. Lol. The phone messaging says the pharmacy closes at 10 PM, arrive at the drive up window at 7:58 PM to pickup a prescription and press the call button and the the speaker says we're closed. Go into inside the store and was at the counter with them with other people there at the counter and the same voice/young lady yells were closed. They need to change there phone message or stay open till 10 PM like it says. Done here at this location. read more

I wouldn't recommend this pharmacy to anyone. Their customer service is the worst. It doesn't matter how many cars are in the drive thru waiting to get their prescription when it's time to close they are out of there. Even if you get to the window 5 minutes before closing time, they ignore you and close without waiting on you. You complain to the manager and he doesn't care!! A different time you go to pick up 3 RX for 3 different kids and they can only find one. They insist they only received one. Finally find them all but but it will be an hour before they're all ready. You can't wait so you ask what time they open the next day only to find out they aren't open. So now you have to make a third trip to pickup your prescriptions. They can't blame the pandemic for their crappy service. They have had lousy service for years. I now have my prescriptions filled somewhere else where they care about the customer. read more

This drive-thru pharmacy has consistently been slow and unreliable. The staff is incredibly rude and unprofessional. Three separate occasions I have waited 20+ minutes to drop off a prescription. Once I waited in the drive-thru for about half an hour and then I got to the window and they closed the pharmacy, without explanation and didn't think to send anyone out to let the long line of cars know that they were waiting for nothing. I'm done with this crappy place. People rely on medications and expect a large national chain to be reliable, unfortunately this Walgreens fails miserably. read more

The pharmacy is SO slow! You could walk to Walmart, have them make a prescription from scratch, and walk back before they have even started to pull the medication. Save yourself time and GO ELSEWHERE! read more

This is a normal walgreens . Good one stop shop for prescriptions along with this and that plus a liquor store. The last department is what sets them apart from the other walgreens location in town. The people working here are also quite helpful and friendly. read more

Went to get my meds the pharmacy was closed 15 min later a manger say he sick were try to find someone to open it. I had to miss my med time because of this. Why in the hell is it open 24 hrs not anyone in your store its a small town that is dead. read more
