I was greeted with a smile and filled out my paperwork. No wait at all. My injector was Karen Shields who is an ARNP with a PhD! Impressive enough but what was more impressive was the high level consultation she provided me. She injected dysport in 3 areas and restylane in my lips cheeks nasolabial folds and marionette lines. She knew just how much was enough to make the difference and look natural. Her technique was flawless! I will only see her from now on! Btw, I went during a special and got $$400 worth of skin products as a bonus! I love my new look and love this place! Highly recommend and ask for Karen Shields. She is talented and puts you at ease.

Very Disappointed After Years of Loyalty…read more I've trusted New Radiance for years thanks to Kimberly Hicks, who always delivered the natural look I wanted. After saving $1100, I returned for a refresh--only to find Kimberly gone and was referred to Dee Roush. Despite clearly asking for the same puffier lip effect (not the Flip trend), Dee injected around the lip line. I stopped her mid-procedure, but she insisted I trust the process. My lips looked unnatural and duck-like for weeks--and even today, I have to try to minimize how they look. At the follow-up, Dee hadn't even reviewed my file to understand where things went wrong, yet she offered to redo the procedure--at my expense. No apology, no correction, no refund. I feel unheard and disappointed. I'm requesting a full refund so I can have the procedure corrected elsewhere. I will be sharing this experience across multiple platforms to inform others that Dee does not listen to her clients.

For over a year, I have consistently faced significant obstacles in receiving my medications--issues that stem from corporate-level logistics and software failures rather than the local staff. I want to specifically note that the staff members at my local pharmacy, including Pharmacist Emma and Assistant Sarah, are consistently professional and kind. My grievance is not with them; it is with a corporate structure that sets both employees and customers up for failure. Key Issues: * Inaccurate Automated Communications: I frequently receive text notifications stating a prescription is ready or being filled, only to arrive and be told it has been "erased" from the active queue or is "hanging out in a box." This indicates a massive disconnect between your digital systems and actual inventory. * The Walgreens App: The prescription history and logging feature is consistently unreliable. Important prescriptions are no longer being logged properly, making it impossible for a patient to track their own medical needs. * Backorder Mismanagement: Today, after waiting in a long line, I was informed my prescription is on backorder with no available date. It is unacceptable that Walgreens does not use its automated text or call system to notify patients of backorders before they travel to the pharmacy and wait in line. * Burden on Staff and Patients: Forcing sick, elderly, or disabled customers to wait in long lines or drive-thru lanes just to receive bad news that could have been sent via text is a failure of basic service. Furthermore, it is unfair to place the burden of these corporate logistics failures on your frontline staff to communicate in person. Required Actions: 1. System Update: Upgrade your notification protocols so that patients are immediately alerted via the app or text when a medication is on backorder. 2. Inventory Management: Increase the stocking quantities for frequently used medications to prevent these chronic shortages. 3. Digital Fix: Address the bugs in the Walgreens app to ensure prescription histories are accurate and transparent. Walgreens' lack of a clear, accessible written complaint channel is telling, but hope this matter is escalated to a regional or corporate manager who can address these logistical gaps. Customers deserve a reliable way to receive their medicine, and your staff deserves a system that actually works.

Don't bother trying to get any help…read morefrom their corpo office or an area supervisor they obviously just doesn't care Theor customers are expendable Not only is the pharmacy staff extremely rude they could give 2 craps about your health If Sunny is there all is well however if he isn't there to order your prescription and be there when you pick it up forget it Sad always been a Walgreens customer and store is right NEXT door I will drive 20miles to get my meds from CVS. Sad also is they probably wont give a damn about this review either
