This pharmacy is either understaffed or staffed with people that do not know how to do their jobs either way it is completely frustrating having to deal with them! They called me twice in a row and do not leave a message and then when I call back, they can't figure out why they called asked me to hold and then call me from the other line with a different person not knowing why they're calling me. If they cannot figure out their phone system and why they were calling people I don't think they are capable of handling medication. Someone should seriously check into this place. The manager was acting all bothered by having to do her job and come out from the back of the store to do a chime deposit for me. She even complained about it to the associate at the front. She was huffing and puffing, moving hastily, criticizing me for having everything prepared already? She then sighed and said "I don't need this" and knocked my card off the counter... down the gutter between the cash wrap and the wall... and now my card has to be replaced She didn't even try to fish it out. Just said "ooo if I were you I'd replace that card". Do not use WalgreensI just sat in line for 15 minutes to pick up a prescription only to get to the front of the drive through to have the pharmacist slap down a poster that says no pharmacists on duty lunch break. Well, I'm on my lunch break too. And I have a prescription that I need so I have to go into the store to complain and they're not willing to do anything about it. At least at the grocery store they don't close the lane until everybody in the lane has been served. The reason I use the drive through in the first place is every time I go to the Walgreens on Henderson, in Fort Worth there are homeless people standing outside and they're harassing me for money and I just really don't want to deal with it. Today they were smoking weed outside the store. Friday night I also tried to pick up my prescription and after 15 min in the drive thru it never moved so I gave up. If not the worst pharmacy it is a top three (3). Impatient, slow, inventory management, back-talking techs and pharmacists to name a few. Huge wait times (even if you are the only automobile sitting in drive through). It doesn't matter, they are horribly run. Next, they have minimal inventory. New concept I guess..call on a Friday, expect refill no sooner than next Monday. And don't forget trying to call in...yea you know when they pick up long enough to put you on endless hold - they do that too. Changing pharmacies as these people just suck! read more

And.... if anyone drives up at the drive through window you will wait even longer. All that waiting before you can even ask a question to see it you even need to be waiting. Then they want to rush you and barely even look at you when they finally do get around to "helping" you. And get out of the way.... they rush around the counter and clearly the customer does not have the right of way. I would never come here again. And recommend you avoid this place at all costs. A woman in the pharmacy was extremely rude over the phone. She talked down to me even though I had some important questions I had to ask her and I had no other way of getting the info about my prescription to then call my insurance about since I dropped the script off and did not made a copy for my records (cause who does that?). Just because they are busy does not give them the right to talk down or be rude to customers. I waited on the phone line for 10 min and she barely talked to me for one. In the end I had to loudly interrupt her lecture about how it's not her job to explain my insurance -- although I was asking her if the right card was in the system for me --- to ask if she could PLEASE tell me the name of the prescription before she hung up. I'm really frustrated that I was treated so poorly. I'm a really nice person! I don't even mind waiting on the phone line. Or waiting in the long lines when I take my prescription there. But I do mind being talked to like a child when I didn't do anything to deserve it. :( read more

I'm visiting from out of town at Cooks and called to get my RX from my home pharmacy transferred this once...NEVER AGAIN WILL I CALL THIS PHARMACY! The first call resulted in a wait of 22 mins before someone answered. The second...I hung up at 25 min! When I leave the hospital it has to be with purpose and I needed to make sure I could get my RX transferred before I left. This is a pretty standard Walgreens. I stop here often to pick up snacks, water, wine and my prescriptions. If you go at a busier time (after work rush) the parking lot fills up. The line will also be a little longer since there is typically only one checkout person. This can be a problem sometimes especially if you are purchasing beer or wine, because a few of their employees are underage and not allowed to ring it up without a managers approval. This makes my "quick" trip into a 10+ minute trip. The pharmacy is very quick and if my prescription is not called in before hand will still only take about 20 minutes. I like that they offer a drive thru service and use it as much as possible. read more

As many people have mentioned, it's your pretty standard Walgreens. Nothing too special about it, but it suits the needs if you're looking for what a Walgreens can typically supply. It's clean and stocked well with plenty of variety for what you need to find in the city or short trips, without getting in your car if you live in the area. I do have to give props to their photo services. They have a great app that allows you to order photos from the app on your phone and then pick them up in the store. They are very fast and you can usually find a promo code that offers a great deal. You do typically wait inline longer than necessary. The staff is not very fast or diligent. I visit this location a decent amount and I'm always check out by the same 2 people. They ask for my ID every time, even though I try to make conversation and get to know them. I've also waiting inline so long while the staff was just having conversation with another customer, I ended up being taken care of in a line faster that had previously had 4 other customers before me. read more

The world's SLOWEST pharmacy. No matter what time of day, you will wait. Currently, I'm in line and have been waiting over TWENTY MINUTES.

Just within the hour, I watched every single employee disregard social distancing recommendations and protocols while I was moving throughout the store and attempting to print photos at the (broken) station from my phone. It was evident I was attempting to distance by my efforts to move out of their way or ask them to please maintain 6 feet distancing. I was even spoken to sarcastically or scoffed at by some of these employees by my attempts to remain distanced from them. I would have spent more money in the store but I realized my health was in jeopardy by the staff if I remained there any longer. I saw two employees wearing their mask as chin straps and not covering their mouth and nose. I even asked one of the female employees to wear the mask as the mandates from the State, County AND city of Fort Worth. She insisted "Yeah but I'm not on the clock.". I can't believe it is August of 2020, half a year into this global pandemic and I had to explain to a drug store employee why a mask indoors was important. She walked out the door but then stood outside in the parking lot staring me down as I walked to my car as if she was trying to bloat up and attempt to intimidate me. I was also aware that the man who was the manager on shift was watching this all unfold through a tinted window behind the photo counter section to whatever back room is behind there. All of this, coming from a company who states on the Walgreens website that under Corporate Responsibility : "We deliver healthcare and support communities through both our day-to-day operations and our business values. These essential roles continue to shape our approach to corporate responsibility and sustainability, which is central to fulfilling our purpose of helping people lead healthier and happier lives." Well, today proved that Walgreens employees at this store does not care at all about helping anyone lead healthier and happier lives. It's as if they would enjoy spreading Covid-19 if they had it their way. Never again will I be shopping at Walgreens. This is unacceptable and Atrocious. read more

This pharmacy literally takes DAYS to fill a prescription. I can never get my prescriptions when I need them. Do not get your medications from here if you actually need them because you will not get them on time. It's ridiculous! And they always want to blame the Dr who sent in the prescription but I can see that the prescription was ordered and sent on my patient portal. read more

I'd say don't bother even coming here. The customer service here could not be more TERRIBLE! I'll outline my experience below. I ordered photo prints online, as I need them for travel visas. I put the order in at 7:30am the morning of my visit and get an email an hour later saying they are ready. I did not plan on going to get them until at 5pm anyways so no big deal, but great that "they are ready." I arrive around 6pm and walk up to the counter. The guy behind the counter, who turns out to be an assistant manager, just ignores me but clearly sees that I am waiting to be helped. I'm patient and figure he's in the middle of something. He then proceeds to walk away from the photo center while maintaining eye contact with me. He sees that I am also making eye contact with him and eventually as he gets an aisle away from me, turns, and says "oh have you been helped?" Now CLEARLY he knows no one has helped me yet. He watched me walk up to the photo center, while he was the only one there. (I'm thinking are you kidding me?) At this point, I am still patient though. I just respond with a "No. I have not been helped." He starts walking back to the photo center and I tell him I have a online pick up order. He gets my name, starts looking around and can't find anything. He states that it's not on any of their computers and starts flipping through some envelopes. I tell him that I have a confirmation email and he states (and I quote) "it doesn't matter if you have the email if I don't have them in my system." HOW RUDE! I tell him okay and wait as he still shuffles through some stuff. He says he's going to get the photo personnel in the back, whom is currently on break. He comes back and asks to see the email confirmation. I point out the fact that he said that it didn't matter if I had it or not because he didn't have it in his system. He replies with "no, I didn't say that." Of course, I'm not the type of person who likes being inadvertently called a liar. I tell him that, "of course you did. It was about the only other thing you said to me." He states that he wants to see the email to make sure that I am at the right location. I let him see my phone that has the confirmation email still pulled up and he confirms that I am at the right location. (Duh, I don't make minor mistakes like that.) He surprisingly says "oh yeah you are in the right place. But I still don't have it." At this point, I am not happy and clearly not amused. I tell him "okay well you keep saying that so let's just try to get to a point where you are able to remedy this situation." Any one in management should have known this should've been the next step. Apparently, I was expecting too much. He then goes back to shuffling without saying a word or even acknowledging my previously said statement. Then what happens? He finds my prints. He starts ringing me up and gives me an insincere "I'm sorry I did not see it." I tell him thanks and leave the store. CLEARLY I WILL NOT BE RETURNING! Sorry, Walgreens, that you have a bitter old man who was rude to me from the beginning for no apparent reason. read more

I always feel like I'm cheating when I come to this Walgreen's, because I generally use the CVS near my house. But this store is a few blocks from my office, which makes it dang convenient. The store is fairly clean, though the layout is somewhat confusing. I am sure there is an algorithm which determines where face cleansers go, but I sometimes have trouble finding things in here. The staff is fairly friendly and helpful, though at times they appear as lost as me as to where everything is. read more

I'd give this 0 stars if I could. The Pharmacy is incompetent and lazy. It takes them DAYS to fill prescriptions (that have available refills) that come pre-packaged and just need a label slapped on the box. If they need to contact your doc for a refill expect it to take even longer. Their customer service is TERRIBLE. I just called to find out what the hold up was on my prescription and the girl hung up on me, and I wasn't being a horrible person to her on the phone. I just asked why it had been in "under review by pharmacist" status for 3 days. Keep in mind, this is not a narcotic or anything that would require additional scrutiny. My advice is stay away. Stay far, FAR away from this Walgreens. You'll thank me. read more

The pharmacy is a less than 5 minute drive from my home but I will be gladly taking my business elsewhere as the short distance in no way makes up for the low quality of their customer service. Within the past week I have unfortunately needed to fill 3 different prescriptions at this pharmacy. 2 of these prescriptions had to be called in twice. When I alerted the staff to the fact that my prescription was already called in, they were extremely unhelpful, telling me that they had not received my physician's prescription and asking me instead to provide a fax or a physical copy of the script. The first time my physician called the prescription in again I was able to attain my script at a later time. The second time, I waited about 1.5 hours after my physician called in the script before returning. They still did not have my script ready even though they had previously told me it would only take 20 - 30 minutes to fill it after the call (which I confirmed with my physician). I asked the man working the counter why my physician had to call prescriptions in twice before the pharmacy would recognize the prescription. His answer: It's better if you come inside (I was going through the drive thru) and it's better if you bring in a physical copy or a fax. This did not answer my question, and the rest of his explanation was equally unhelpful, brash and unprofessional. Additionally, if the pharmacy accepts called-in prescriptions, these prescriptions should be taken as seriously and be filled with the same mindfulness and efficiency as the physical scripts. Although my main issue with this location was me not able to get my scripts on time, the members of the pharmacy I interacted with (even the pharmacist) were rude and unprofessional. I have worked in the service industry and understand the stresses of being understaffed, overworked, or whatever the issue at this pharmacy is, but it is not okay to treat others as if their time is not as valuable as your own---a trip to the pharmacy is not something people do for fun, it is out of necessity, and has to often be forced to fit into a busy schedule. After the extreme inconvenience of having the huge delay in getting my medications, and this being called to their attention, I never heard anyone say "sorry". I am overall extremely disappointed and surprised at this staff's inconsiderate interactions with myself and likely many others. read more
