The phone would ring and the pharmacy tech kept answering and immediately placing me on hold until I was on hold for 25 minutes. She then told me they are too busy to get to the prescriptions left on the voice . I told her my prescription insurance changed and I wanted to give her my new prescription information so there was no problem filling my prescription. The pharmacy tech refused. When they finally got to my prescription I received a message it was delayed because my pharmacy insurance had expired. It is now 7:45 and my prescription is still not ready!

She was always on top of everything, and you could tell she actually cared. It's frustrating because there was never a problem before, and now it feels like a constant headache every month. To be honest, I really think the owner made a mistake bringing these two on. It's not just small mistakes -- it's a real drop in the level of service, and it's starting to show.

I really appreciate the friendliness of the two pharmacists and the time they spend helping to make sure the medications are right for me. Other staff members are friendly and the pharmacy also provides delivery! The pharmacy has a small retail store and some products are pricey - you can probably get better prices elsewhere but in my experience you will not find the friendly competence of pharmacists elsewhere.
