There is a section for cosmetics as well as one for skincare. They also have some fragrances here. I was there mainly for cosmetics though and also just to give the store a spin since I hadn't been to this location yet. The store was clean and well organized. There were several little stations around with cotton rounds, Q-tips, hand sanitizers and other items to make it convenient to try on the products that they're selling. There are opened products on the shelves that you can try on. They have plenty of items from Clinique, Lancome, Nars and many other brands including their own store brand. The people at the counter were helpful. I enjoyed shopping here.

I briefly looked at other dyes (literally 2 mins) before going to the register. I told Jaime that I'd like to return the hair dye. She looked puzzled, asked if I wanted to exchanged it. I replied no, return it. Jaime then suggested that I stole it and was trying to return it, while the receipt was in her hand. I was taken back and offended. Jaime then said I couldn't return the item with an account. Corporate has verified that isn't true. I don't go to Sally's often, didn't remember if I had an account. Jamie then said that it's on the back of the receipt. After showing her that policy wasn't on the receipt she became further aggressive and overly rude. After calling her out on her poor customer service and derogatory behavior, she said she would call the police if I didn't leave the store. Completely outrageous! The store was not crowded, just steady customers, and our group even called ahead to make sure they could assist us. We were told it would be no problem. When we arrived, our group leader went over to introduce herself to the manager and let her know we were ready to start shopping. The manager was snarky, unprofessional, and her exact response was, "I'm short staffed and can't help other than suggestions." Well yes, thank you, that is literally all we needed from her. To do her job and offer suggestions. Her tone was unnecessary and completely off putting. Thankfully the other associates were kind and truly beautiful souls. The manager with the purple hair... not so much. I told my group that next time we will take our dollars to my home store in Westwood where they know how to treat people and have fun. The Westwood crew is everything, including the manager. South Bay is also a great option. I still spent almost one hundred dollars even with the managers behavior.
