Staff was super friendly and easy to deal with, and made transferring my RX from my old pharmacy a snap. Store is clean, bright, and well stocked. Like any other CVS...they have the usual drugstore items but also a fairly decent sized "convenience store" area with limited groceries and "quick grab" items. I received text messages stating my prescriptions were ready, but when I arrived I was told there were no prescriptions available. I spent approximately 30-40 minutes trying to resolve the issue, repeating the same information to multiple employees. Instead of receiving help, I was interrupted, spoken to in a condescending tone, and told to come back the next day because they did not want to fill all my prescriptions at that time. I explained that my doctor had submitted a new prescription the day before and that I needed all of my medications as prescribed. I also asked whether my prescriptions could be delivered to my home if they could not be filled, but that request was refused. The situation escalated to the point where the store manager was called, yet I still left without a resolution. No patient should have to argue, make multiple trips, or be treated disrespectfully while trying to obtain necessary medication. Patients deserve professionalism, respect, and clear communication. I hope CVS Corporate takes these repeated complaints seriously and improves the customer service and patient care at this pharmacy.

It's a prescription that if I'm without, it could make me sick. He ARGUED with me instead of listening that the doctor had changed the prescription and it was supposed to have a new prescription. The store is always well stocked and the shelves are neatly organized. The prices are pretty reasonable and they have some good deals here. I won't even get into the pharmacy because that would be two pages long I would not recommend the Randolph pharmacy Walgreensl.

Fortunately I was able to make due with an updated version of the same, same brand I was looking for, but just for a little more money. I picked it up and went on my way. I like to shop for things like these at Target since they usually have better selection and brands than Walmart or other discount store. The store was very well kept and vey clean when I visited. This particular store has the grocery section so anyone can pick some produce or fresh foods in here.....

I am not a fan of Walgreens Because if some issues with prescriptions in the past and I generally don't like the "Big" chain stores... I always did like to support the small guy simply because they appreciate the business and it's personalized as they get to know you... today June 25,2018 was my 1st visit to Randolph Pharmacy to fill my prescription and I can honestly say I was inside the pharmacy for 10 minutes tops if that... service is Great and super friendly to deal with! Don't know whatever took me so long to make the switch but I'm here to stay....
