I called Kathy out of the blue, never having met her before, and she was at my house 30 minutes before my scheduled party. Her setup was beautiful, she had all the supplies she needed (I have attended other parties, where the presentation required your towels, bowls of water, tissues etc) but Kathy brought everything in a neat and organized presentation. There was a game with little product "prizes" and Kathy just fit right in with all of the girls. I actually just picked up EVERYTHING we ordered this morning! and our party was last night! She has a nice storefront where everything was packed perfectly in separate bags, incredibly organized and so easy for me to deliver to my girlfriends. I had my very first appointment with Kim last week and it was wonderful! Kim was patient, kind, professional, and she explained the procedure and areas which may be more sensitive. She even let me watch a movie on my phone to keep myself occupied during the procedure. I had my original consultation with Kim as well, she was very sweet and quelled all my concerns about tolerating the laser. She did a test pulse on my leg, which was not as bad as I had imagined. After that, I was able to relax when it came time for the actual treatment. The staff here is wonderful and very friendly. The cost for the laser hair removal treatments were reasonably priced and I was even able to get more areas done than originally planned. From the consultation, I had 100% confidence in her knowledge, ability, understanding what (exactly) I was looking for and my new permanent eyebrows reflect that my confidence in Jamie was spot on! During consultation, I honestly didn't have to ask questions--she concisely explained, step by step, what to expect during the procedure, how we, together would determine shape and color, and the healing process.
