Nevertheless, the guy worker deserves credit for his customer service, cleanliness of the store, and they still have a ton of other ombré options. He mentioned there's been a shortage - although this may be an easy answer to explain stocking issue, it was a reasonable answer. He was so mindful, that he offered an additional product item on him, for the inconvenience. This effort to go above and beyond, had me change my initial rating from 4 star 5 stars.
