My friend Kimia M. and I came here last week. It was packed! At first there was only one associate and about 25-30 women inside the small store wanting to try beauty products. I browsed on my own at discovered a number of brands I'd never hear of before. I would describe their products to all be higher end, whereas at an Ulta you see prestige cosmetics but also see drugstore and Walmart brands. The store is beautifully arranged and very clean. After the initial madness while opening, Kimia and I came back after eating lunch and visiting a few other stores. Much calmer now, and there were several associates. Shoutout to Katrine for answering all our questions, doing demonstrations, and helping Kimia find a new lipstick that she absolutely loved. I will definitely be back here!

No matter what or when, I usually encounter associates that have no clue about the merchandise or stock and associates ( which is the most annoying) that don't mind suggesting Ulta Beauty or even their own makeup brands. This is just horrible customer service. I decided that I would just order online but for new products I would much rather come into the store so as to verify I'm getting the correct items or if I even want them. It is highly popular - there is almost always a large number of people in there, especially if there is a sale going on. They have lots of candles, soaps, body wash, lotions, etc. The staff are friendly and glad to help out. And, as always, you can definitely be knocked off your feet with the good, but strong smells in the room as soon as you walk in the door.

Staff is always nice and exceptionally helpful. They seem to understand the products pretty well too. Store was clean and laid out similar to other Bath & Body works I have been in. That makes it kind of nice if you are familiar with store layouts you don't have to try and search for what you are after. This big surgery is going to be a process. In addition, my office experience has been exceptional. I first met Jaiden and then I spoke with LaToya later - both individuals obviously have outstanding work ethics and are very experienced as well...plus they are kind and supportive people. And then on Monday, I met Raegan and Brooklyn who work alongside Dr. Adam in the surgical room/suite. It seems to me, that both Raegan and Brooklyn are very skilled and sensitive people, because I was a wee bit nervous and excited at the same time. As I indicated earlier, this is gonna be a process; so, I just might follow-up a few months from now to let whomever is interested know the final fabulous results.
