They are confirmation process and pick up through drive-through is abominable. It takes for far too much time. There should be a sequence where you can call the beds and even go inside to pick up with the order waiting at a pick up window to expedite service. Wines in many cases are much too long inside and far too long on drive-through. read more

You're on hold for 30 minutes for the call to be dropped and you call back and wait another 30 minutes or you wait in line at the pharmacy for over hour. This Walgreens pharmacy is the worst ! I've been on hold for over an hour ( not the first time ) I get an employee that closes, not once, but twice that has not submitted my prescription. Honestly she sounds like a tweeker and should be in customer service let alone working around drugs. she's rude, she coughs on the phone in your ear and is very unapologetic. This location has a great clearance selection, especially around holiday times. Items on mark down are sometimes buy two get two free and I've even seen popular items like Pokémon cards and hot wheels marked down at least 30% from Wal-Marts price. Always pay attention to the tag on advertisement because many deals only apply if you have a Walgreens card. The cards are free to sign up for so it's definitely worth taking advantage of the savings. read more

Walgreens pharmacy is terribly unprofessional, especially Priya. She refused to fill a prescription that I've been on for 15 years because she felt like it was too much even though it had been approved by my doctor two times already. She was very rude on the phone and never returned the call as stated. She said she would call my doctor to confirm, however, ended up calling my doctor to tell her she refused to fill out. This happens every time; I get a message saying my meds are ready and when I arrive I have to wait first time was 15min the fasted I've got them when they said they are ready has been 10 min, mistake a after mistake this will be the last time I get meds here. I'm finally moving all prescriptions to CVS. I have so many bad experiences at Walgreens. 1. Getting texts that rx is ready then going to pick up and they tell me its not ready and they have no record. 2.Called in to see if rx was ready, they had no record. Called back again immediately and was told it was ready. 3. Told rx was approved by the pharmacist and I could come back in a little bit to pick it up. Nope couldn't, again!! The list goes on. I agree with previous comments on the pharmacies lack of insight on how to move customers through the line. Covid registration is handled by both pharmacy techs which is a long arduous process, leaving the customers picking up their prescriptions to wait. Walgreens aren't you a multi million dollar corporation? Can't you hire additional staffing to handle covid inoculations? At one point of my line waiting both techs disappeared in the back room for 15 minutes. The cars at the drive through were wrapped around the building to the front of the store while there were many folks inside waiting in line. There were elderly folks having to stand due to limited seating taken up by other folks getting their covid inoculation. I dread having to go back to this pharmacy and am considering using Express Scripts. Please fix this issue Walgreens or you may end up like the building next door, vacant. read more

This review is more so centered towards the pharmacy who's in a position of powerful over their customers. They are extremely strict and try to overly enforce their power for a sense of entitlement.. I called to pick up my medication and was told to come back in 8 hours, the next day. I asked them to have it filled and ready in am since the same day pick up was delaying me to work. When I called in the morning to confirm it was ready they told me they needed 2 hours minimum until it was ready... I already know this is her way of using her "power to strong arm" And get back to me cause I was upset and questioned her on holding my medication the night before. Four times prior it has taken scheduled vaccine appointments 1.5 hours to be completed. The shortest visit from the time of arrival, to the time of being vaccinated took one hour and thirteen minutes. Today we walked in and there were seven people in line at 6:45pm. The gentleman in front of us was taking pictures of the line because of how ridiculous is was. At 7:00pm I walked up to a window to inquire about checking in for our 7:00 pm appointment, so we can get this process started. We scheduled this appointment three weeks ago. The pharmacist said "unfortunately you'll have to be wait in the line for us to help you". The line was now down to six people fifteen minutes later. We immediately left. I thought we should share our experience so others know to not waste your time here. The staffing and the company are extremely incompetent at time management, and maintaining an appropriate workflow. read more

The service at the pharmacy is an absolutely mockery. They call you using an automated service to tell you your prescription is ready, it probably isn't! Several situations where the call system has been inaccurate. Three people in line around me where turned away because their life saving meds weren't ready yet. Ordered refill of rx on Sunday which I had refills remaining. On Monday was told to call pharmacy as they were both able to fill rx. After being on hold for 20 minutes was asked name, DOB and rx which I wanted refilled. They said no problem, we're on it. When I inquired as to why I had to call given there were refills remaining I was told "our system is not very user friendly" and I would have to call and be on hold for unknown amount of time each time I wanted to refill my rx, even with refills remaining. Fast forward to Wednesday when my rx is still "in process". I call the pharmacy and after being on hold for 25 minutes I drive to the pharmacy, while still on hold. At the 35 minute mark I am helped in person, still on hold, and ask who is answering the phone. The girl states "oh we're busy. No one can answer the phone". I ask about my rx and she walks away, answers my call and states it'll be a minute. She then hands me my medication. When I ask what time the medication was prepared she said "just now". So it took you all of 30 seconds to get my rx together when I'm here in person and yet you can't seem to make it when I call it in three day's earlier? This was the final push to get me to move away from Walgreens. Good riddance. read more

My family member has been trying to get a refill for their glaucoma medication. They are not getting any cooperation from the pharmacy. The pharmacy staff member told my family member that it's a courtesy for the pharmacy to send a fax to the doctor and also they won't call the office to get the refill. It's actually part of their job description.This is very unprofessional. If patients are not getting their prescriptions filled at this store then the pharmacy staff won't have jobs . My favorite place for quick little things - great reward system - nice cashiers and an overall convenient place to shop for odds and ends.

I picked up my prescriptions today. They were fast, friendly, and made sure I knew how to use my inhaler. On my walk out the doors, the woman at the counter saw my family and I leaving and she didn't acknowledge us at all.
