I would give zero stars if I could. I signed my husband and father in law up for a tdap shot since were expecting soon. When they got there, the pharmacy was closed with a typed sign that said "closed until 12pm for emergency." When they asked to see a manager to inquire why we never received a phone call to reschedule, the girl working explained there was no manager there today. This was 1/23/22. I suggest Walgreens look into this matter as the entire situation was so unprofessional and unacceptable. Who runs a business like this?! We will be scheduling out vaccines elsewhere, as well as our business. What a joke. read more

Rude pharmacist BernetteJoy. I arrived at the pharmacy at 8:05 waiting in the pharmacy line (because ONLINE their pharmacy closing hours are listed as 9pm. There was one customer ahead of me and when it was my turn I approached the counter to pickup medicine I was completely out of and needed the next day. Instead of saying "Hi or "how are you?" She says WERE CLOSED with the gate already closed in my face with a very rude look on her face. Her staff was already packed up and on the way out and just looked at each other when I pleaded that my prescription was ready and I just had to pay for it. She is so quick to leave and point out closing times. I suggested that they should update their hours on the internet since that's how most people rely on information and she told me "I should've looked at the sign at the front door" she is a disgrace to healthcare and must be in the profession for fun. Beats me. I will not return to this pharmacy, Shop Rite is cheaper anyways! read more

This place is horrible, with the rudest and incompetent pharmacy staff I have ever seen. Twice now I have waited on line while multiple pharmacy staff just ignores customers and only one staff member bounces back and forth between the drive thru and store line. I dropped off a prescription on Thursday, was told it would be ready by the afternoon. No text alert came back to the store on Friday, was told it was on order and will be arriving later that evening, no alert Fri or Sat, finally went back to store on Sunday only to be told it was OTC and they can't do anything else for me. I found it difficult to understand why this information couldn't have be told to me sooner, or if they canceled the order. I will never come back to this store ever again. read more

I wish I had read these comments before I dropped off my prescription. The pharmacy was a disaster and it took forever just to drop off my medication. The girl who helped me looked lost the entire time. I waited 3 hrs for them to call me for pick up and they never did. When I called they said my medication was ready to pick up. When I arrived, I was told they had my medication ready but didn't accept my insurance! If they had told me that from the beginning I would have went elsewhere. Now all pharmacies are closed and I have to deal with my pain. I will never return to this dump. The incompetency of the employees has truly blown my mind. read more

This is the worst place ever and unfortunately I was forced to give it a 1 star. It has been over a week that I have waited for this pharmacy location to contact my daughter's doctor to switch chew-able to tablets. I called today and they had no idea what I was talking about. The pharmacist is one of those people who never paid attention in school on following linear directions. She mixes the medicine wrong all the time and she wants to argue with the consumer as if she is the one taking the medicine. What a joke? As usual I rather take a longer drive to deal with competent people than an inept. They have too many incompetent people at this location... Every time I get medicine for my children it is a hassle. I use to live closer to this Walgreens so I went here a lot for printing pictures, batteries, lotion, and any quick things I needed. I did use them as my pharmacy as well, but since I moved I no longer use them much. My parents still live in the area so I tend to stop here once in a while. The last time I stopped in for swim earplugs and cough drops and the lady I asked help from was super helpful!!! She brought me to each section instead of just telling me which aisle they were in. She even recommended earplugs that she has used. The employees are all nice and helpful. I gave it three stars because I have an many incidences where I would order prints online and i never got all the prints when I picked them up. My mom has encountered similar situations from the photo department. Other than that, the store is well kept, clean, and friendly. read more

I would normally not think to leave a review for a pharmacy but after my experience 2 days ago.. it's a must. The technician who was working the drive through was BEYOND rude & unprofessional. There was confusion with our recent address change but we still own both addresses so I was explaining to her that whichever address had to match the prescription was fine... as we still LIVE there. Word for word... "It's a simple answer." I work in a field where I get heat from people allll day long & I would never imagine speaking to a client, customer, patient, etc. the way she spoke to me. Completely inappropriate and I will never be back after that experience. Not to mention she told me it would be ready in 30 minutes... I go back an hour and a half later & I still have to wait. read more

This location is great! Its in the corner of Rt 34. Theres food places in all corners of this Drug Store. Dunkin Donuts across the street as well. The place is super clean, lots of parking lot. Im pretty sure its nearby the DMV as well. The inside is great. Well organized, and well stock like fellow yelper Lauren T. said here. Staff is very nice and helpful. Easy to find things I need. Didnt have to wait too long to pick up medications either. read more

This Walgreens has the worst pharmacy staff in the United States. They are slow, disrespectful, and give you attitude when you ask a question. Everytime I've been there they take hours to do their job. They forget about you in the drive through, they are just awful. I never try to give a place a bad review but this is every single time I go there. Enough was enough. And im apologizing to the regular Walgreen employees because it's Just the pharmacy that's bad though. The actual store is great they Greet you at the door, management helps you find what you are looking for, always offer you coupons at the register if you don't have them, they're fast and efficient unlike there pharmacy. They should switch employees so they actually get stuff done! read more

I hate to give this place 2 stars based off this situation but I have to. I've gone here for everything for myself and even the group home I work for. There is an older gentleman that is very rude here. My mother and I had a small order which included a pack of cigarettes for herself. Now a days I understand they scan your licence which is fine but I had just picked her up from the hospital and she didn't have hers. I handed the man mine and he refused to sell them because she was the one who asked for them so she had to present her ID. My mother is clearly older than me and my driver's license should have been good enough. But it wasn't. My mother being annoyed at the situation left everything on the counter and his cashier was even looking at him like he was crazy. I didn't appreciate him refusing to sell to us even though I was taking over the transaction. I think the man was being over the top and just felt like being a dick for no reason. I would understand if I had someone clearly underage but that wasn't the case. read more

Love this store. I shop here at least 3 times a week. Everyone is so nice, but my main reason for this review is for the pharmacy. They are so nice. Made changing prescriptions from CVS so easy. Someone from the pharmacy dept. Called me to make sure I was happy with how they were handling my prescriptions. So much nicer to deal with than CVS. read more

The pharmacy sucks. They never have your medicine ready when they say they will. If they have to order something they don't let you know. I waited days for my sons ear drops after they told me they couldn't contact my doctor. When I spoke to my doctors office they told me they called his medicine in 3 times! 3 times! The only reason I'm giving this 1 Star is because the store itself besides the pharmacy is great. read more

Their store is ok at best, usually looks well picked over. Their pharmacy department is a joke. For years I've used them and every time I go in they tell me I either have no insurance (which I do have) or tell me my prescription is several hundred dollars, then (magically) my prescription costs come down to $20 or less when I call them out on it. Usually when confronted about it they scape goat and try to blame either the insurance company or me (saying I have them the wrong information, when I literally hand them my insurance card). They lack any customer service skills. Pharmacies are a dime a dozen, don't waste your time, money and energy here. read more

There's always a wait at the pharmacy so drop off an return later if possible. The stores in a good location (lowered vehicles enter slow) and stocked well. Friendly staff. read more

It is HORRIBLE!!! THEY messed up my passport pictures. The manager was rude and be like oh if the government rejected your photos, don't blame on us. He wanted our money. You owe me $20! Don't ever go there. They need to learn how to be honest and to RESPECT. read more

I purchased $27.00 worth of hair care products on 5/30/15. I accidentally walked out of the store without my products, BUT I had my receipt in my wallet. It wasn't until 3 days later that I realized I must have forgotten my bag of items at the store (total scatterbrain). I went back to the store after work on 6/2/15 around 9:20 pm. I spoke with the cashier (Nora), explained my situation, and handed her my receipt. She went to the managers office (Hecmarie Oliveras) who then reviewed the stores surveillance video for the day and time of my visit to the store (day/time was on the receipt). Sure enough she came back and pulled the 5 products from the shelf, re-bagged the items and sent me on my way! I was extremely happy with the level of customer service shown by this manager!! The manager (Hecmarie Oliveras) could've easily said the items are not in the "lost and found" so therefore we can't help you. I am grateful. $27.00 worth of hair care items may not be a lot to some, but it is to me! I will be back :-) read more

Love this store!!! They always have the best prices, the biggest deals, and such friendly customer service. Everytime I go in, I just can't decide what to buy so I buy everything!!
