I had to move a COVID prescription (Lagevrio) from Publix to this pharmacy when Publix couldn't fill it. I had a short wait to speak to the pharmacist, and she confirmed they had it in stock, filled the prescription, and it was ready within an hour. Kudos! read more

I tried to pick up prescriptions today, I don't know if they are just severely understaffed or if they just have horrible customer service. When I got there the girl at the counter said that the prescriptions wouldn't be ready till noon (it was 10:30) I asked if there was any way they could get them done sooner because I have an eye infection and if I didn't get them now I wouldn't be able to pick them up till Sunday (it's Friday) she offered no empathy and just said it won't be ready till noon. The prescriptions were eye drops and a 14 count amoxicillin. I don't expect the world to revolve around my schedule but it would have been nice if she had gone above and beyond or at least showed some sort of empathy towards me. read more

This is the worst service you can ever find. It takes forever to get a prescription in the drive through. Their website showing orders is always wrong and never up to date for at least 3 years now. Their coordination with the providers is non-existent. Suggest finding anybody pharmacy. I have never seen worse in 60 years. Its no wonder all the Walgreens are closing. read more

The pharmacy is the worst I've ever dealt with. They never have prescriptions ready at the time they say they'll be ready. I had to go back for the same prescription multiple times because they didn't have the correct amount, then failed to have it ready at the time I was told. This location needs help. Not only is the landscaping and exterior of the building in very poor condition but the inside of the store is not well kept. The pharmacy folks are great but severely understaffed. Today..I was the only car in the drive thru and I literally sat over 10 mins with ZERO acknowledgement. This particular location is always jampacked with people inside and out, waiting for prescriptions, and the staff is particularly unfriendly. They allow people to sit in the drive-through waiting for medication's. that aren't finished when there's a line of people waiting to drop off a prescription. Typical wait time is about 30 minutes and often longer, but don't dare mention they're lack of attention to those waiting when you get to the window, because they will not hesitate to catch an attitude with you. Aside from that considering everything is going well they will ask you for a half a day sometimes longer to fill even the most basic prescription. Sorry, but when somebody just gets out of the hospital and needs a prescription, it's not only a poor gesture to their condition, and struggles of being in the hospital, it's just downright wrong. But if you're looking for a good pharmacy with friendly staff and people that are understanding, go across the street to Publix. They are always friendly, kind and accommodating. read more

Dropped off my usual prescription of plain fioricet today for my husband . Pharmacist insisted that I had to pay 114.00 for capsules instead of the usual 29.00 that I have been paying for over 5 years. He proceeded to tell me I had to have doc write 50-325-40 I Bra cause he could not fill it unless the aspirin content was written as 325. Said he could only give me capsules and said he was pharmacist and doc had to approve . Which was a load of crap. Went to another walgreen down at Post Road and absolutely no problem. Firoricef is not controlled number one and most that are sitting on shelves in all drugstores are 50 -325-40. He was very rude as well as combative. I talked to 3 other pharmacists to be sure I was right and they all agreed it should have been filled as requested.. also my docs office never heard of such a thing. Yes they do make 300 aspirin content if that's what you want. This guy should not be working as a pharmacist . I will never step foot in there again. read more

I've been going to this Walgreens almost 15 years and loved it; I have a dear friend who works there. However, there is a particular lady pharmacist there who believes she is also a doctor. My pm physician rewrote my ongoing pain prescription for 2 days earlier; not only did she decline to fill it, she was also very supercilious while denying me. Never again will I visit that store, the last time I checked, she was not my doctor, nor allowed to practice medicine by prescribing my medication. A frustrated want-to-be doctor?! The other staff in this store however, have always been very helpful and just fantastic. Unfortunate they have a troll on staff. read more

The pharmacy is awful, I used them because they were the closest drive thru to my home but it's not worth it anymore. Always at least a 15 minute wait to pick up or drop off prescriptions. Their policies change depending on whoever is at the window at the time. Half of the pharmacists are just rude. They've given me my prescription with pills missing twice now. Heaven forbid you come across the owner/manager who has zero people skills & likes to treat anyone patronizing his business like trash. read more

I dropped off a prescription and was told to sit and wait. I was told the wait would be 25 minutes. After 40 minutes I went to the window. The prescription had been filled but I was never called or texted. The system they have doesn't work. The workers seem to dislike their job. Customer service is lacking at this Walgreens. read more

I have been using this location since I moved to Florida 3 years ago. I have a specific name brand of Blood Pressure medication that works best for me. I had them put a note in their system which brand my prescription should be refilled with. I picked up my refill today. Lo and behold once again they refilled it with another brand. When I called and spoke to the pharmacy manager to request they correct their error, I was told it was my responsibility to check the refill before leaving. No refund. No apology. Just pointing the finger at me. I asked if they had a note in their system regarding my brand preference. Yes. It sure is there. When I asked the pharmacist why it wasn't referenced, his reply was "I fill 400 prescriptions per day, I don't have the time to check notes". Then why in the hell do you have a section for notes, if you don't bother to check it? That's pretty scary, they don't check notes. To make matters worse, they used up my refill through my insurance company. Now I am going to have to cover the entire cost out of pocket for their negligence. Customer service and attention to detail get a grade of F! Switching to CVS. Stay away from this place! read more

Great service. Special attention from the pharmacist if I need for them to find something specific for me. They tell me about my medications and possible interactions. I only prevented a 5 because I wish people in the store wouldn't use the pharmacy to buy other items like gum and beer. read more

Do NOT use for Pet Meds! We had the vet call in an emergency Rx on a holiday weekend (after I verified the call in number with the Pharmacist). The doctor (who was taking time away from his family to help) confirmed that it was submitted, and after 45 minutes we went to pick it up. No order was found, so the pharmacist called the doctor. Turns out the number we were told to use forwarded the doctor to a call center that didn't hear everything exactly right so instead of getting clarification, they put the Rx under the name "Cat" without any other identifying information. The pharmacist did find it after some searching with the doctor on the phone but then they went to fill the Rx and realized they needed to call the Dr again since they didn't have enough information about the dosage. The pharmacy ended up giving us ~ 4 times the quantity prescribed by the doctor, which is wasteful and dangerous and in general increases the likelihood of antibiotics getting in the water supply which is problematic for everyone. read more

I've only been to this store once; that's all it take after a negative experience. The pharmacy staff were friendly. However, while waiting for my prescription, with 30 minutes to kill, I decided to shop. The store manager, who desperately lacks personality, followed me around the store, as if I was going to steal something. He repeatedly asked if I needed help finding anything. After a customer replies, "No thank you, " once, there is no need to continuously ask. If I wasn't waiting on the pharmacy, I would have left the store, leaving my merchandise behind. If he sincerely wanted to help me, he would have noticed, I was looking at items he definitely could not have helped me with. There were a lot of clearance items in my basket; I spent additional time double checking the orange "clearance" label to the PLU on the price label. As I was in line, the manager opening another register. as it was my turn. Every item on sale rang up regular price. I explained they were on sale, he defiantly argued they were ringing up regular price. He made no effort to double check the price. I wasn't paying full price, leaving at least 10 items behind. Why would you follow someone through a store nagging to help then once to purchase, you're too lazy to check (or at least ask a sales associate) to check the price. Creepy. read more

This Walgreens lacks the professionalism and courtesy that other pharmacies have, in my experience. My last visit consisted of waiting at the photo counter for 15 minutes, while inevitably having to listen to these two women negatively complain about their neighbors and previous customers. I went to the cashier to ask if he can grab my photos real quick so that I can check out and leave, and the manager called for assistance at the photo lab. Welp, lo and behold, one of the women gossiping was the photo lab technician. I couldn't believe it because she looked at me twice while I stood there. By her frumpy appearance, I would have never guessed she was an employee. Oh well. Aside from that, the staff doesn't greet customers upon entering, and they're kind of just there. I prefer to go to the CVS down the road or to the Walgreens on Post Rd. where the staff is more personable and professional. read more
