I thought I was in a big city while visiting this great local store/pharmacy!!…read more While visiting Sylvania Georgia, I suggested we stop into Ross Drug because it looked much larger than a pharmacy. I could tell it offered more. But I certainly did not expect to find the most incredible array of gifts, decor, novelties, penny candy, toys, men and women spa specialties and cocktail/bar items. There is even a gift wrap area and a UPS shipping counter. As I wandered around we started talking to this handsome man in scrubs. At first I thought he was a customer but learned he was the Pharmacist and Owner of this business. He was very personable and chatted about vision for his store. In my mind, I pictured a Hallmark movie where this young Pharmacist relocated to this small town and a happy story ensues. The actual pharmacy counter was very busy. It looked to be running very smoothly, given the fast moving crowd. The locals were all very friendly as I wandered around. I am seriously impressed with the very cosmopolitan feel to this store on Main Street in this tiny town.

Had to call for over an 1 hr to answer the phone. When they did; they said they would "NOT" go check to see if they had any. Didn't even think to go check a price and leave me on hold, call me back... NOTHING. Just low vibrational rudeness at its finest. Need to demolish this location and rebuild . I waited on Friday..No fax was sent. My new pharmacist called Monday morning after the weekend had went by...No fax...He called Tuesday...No fax....Wednesday...No fax. It is now Thursday a week without my perscription!!!!!! After calling 3 times and speaking with what seemed to be the most incompetent person alive, it was faxed over at 3PM one week after it was suppose to be filled. Ridiculous
