    KID-CENTRIC w/ DIVERSE BEAUTY PRODUCTS! I heard Walgreens was going hard on the beauty products now, don't ask me (as I'm a dude with zero beauty product experience lol) but they seemed to have excellent options for a variety of skin tones and preferences. Also, they have a line of specialty diverse products, I think Walgreens is making progress, yay! I really liked this location as it had really cool items for kiddos and teachers. Lots of toys and cool gadgets. I also found that the Walgreens was easy to traverse, it's a standard Walgreens so I knew where the food, pharmacy, and photo sections were, immediately upon entry. Service was fine, staff kept to themselves and the store was quiet. I came in for an easy breezy purchase and left happy!

    If I could give this Walgreens zero stars I would. The pharmacy has been nothing but a challenge to deal with whenever I need to pick up a prescription. The customer service on the manager side is beyond terrible and not accommodating whatsoever. The pharmacy made so many mistakes in prescribing me the incorrect medications and then when I tried to return them, wouldn't accept them back. They were unopened sealed bottles. After about the 10th time of telling them that I don't take this particular medication, they still had to discover their issues. This "team" definitely needs to do a root cause analysis. After several hours dealing with the tech, manager (who then has to call me back with more/less information, they decided to provide me rewards to use in the store for $50 (the cost of the medication). When I went back to use the rewards, they had nothing in the system! Not even at the register! I gave the woman my phone to look through my Walgreens app and she was unable to locate anything. This Walgreens is a scam and the pharmacy department appears to be very passive aggressive and full on aggressive at times. Initially I wanted to switch pharmacies because the wait time is typically 45 min-1 hour avg, but now I'm incredibly relieved to not give this Walgreens any more of my or my family's business.

    I'm not sure if this is the right yelp, but this is a review on Marietta Hot Springs by Sam's Club. For years, I've been coming to this Pharmacy and it has gotten nothing but worse I actually stop coming here and change to CVS miles away because of the nice convenient way they handle their business. But my other half insists on staying at Wallgreens. So here, I am trying to pick up his prescription., Went on maps and looked it up to make sure they were open before I drove down there and I get here and there's a printed that says closed for lunch from 1:30 to 215, I understand they lunch, but why is it not on their website. It's ridiculous. And then the rudeness the people go in and out of this place they never have what they need. This is a partial prescription. I'm picking up because they didn't have all of what he needed the first time. I don't even know how they stay in business. It's really disgusting the way they run this place.

    Aside from the usual purchases you can make at Walgreens, am very pleased that they have an ATM for my bank. Saves me time and gasoline.

    I highly recommend this place if you need photos printed. Pictures are printed right away and satisfaction is guaranteed.

    My prescription were transferred with ez and updated my HRT automatically shipped no one ever offered that to me at my other pharmacy

    The drive thru pharmacy is extremely slow. It takes me 15-20 minutes just to get my prescription.

Chrissie is always smiling and other customers have made comments while standing in line that Chrissie is an asset to this AMPM. If she doesn't know an answer she will do her best to get one. I've seen some angry customers call her names over the air policy. She didn't respond in a negative way but listened and then asked the very vocal customer to leave. It was rather upsetting to see this customer lash out at her for a policy she was following and had no control over. My wife and I were disappointed in seeing the male clerk just stand there while this customer disrespected her with his words. Thank you Chrissie for your customer service and going above and beyond your duties. We sincerely hope your employer sees the value you bring to their business. Unfortunately, the hot chocolate I grabbed was a letdown, I couldn't taste any chocolate at all. Good thing I also got some ponkan (mandarin oranges) to make up for it. Honestly, they should taste their own hot chocolate... or maybe it's just really that bland.

    I visited the Chevron station today at 9:46 PM with my father to purchase a Juul device and pods…read more My father, who is 59 years old and faces a language barrier, relied on me to translate during the transaction. (Note: I am 31 years old) However, during our visit, the man in the register began yelling at me, asserting that I could not translate for my father. He also questioned my age, suggesting I did not appear old enough to purchase the vape products. Additionally, he made inappropriate remarks about my father's appearance and eligibility to buy the items. I offered to present my driver's license as proof of age and clarified that I was simply assisting my father with translation. I took out my Driver's License out to show him, however he completely ignored it. Despite this, the man insisted that I stop speaking and intercepted my father's driver's license from his hand. This incident has been incredibly traumatic for both my father and me. The employee justified his behavior by saying that Chevron's policy states that customers cannot translate for others or each other and how it's illegal. We have been loyal customers at Chevron for many years and have never encountered such treatment. Nor have we ever had anyone tell us that translation is illegal in Chevron. This appears to be more than an isolated incident; it feels like discrimination against my father and myself because we are Asians. As a result of this experience, I will never use this Chevron located in French Valley and a former complaint has been filed to Chevron corporate. Even my 7-year-old sister was frightened by the way we were treated. This incident has left a lasting negative impression on us. I see that others have made similar comments about an employee's behavior and I'm very surprised that Chevron is keeping him as their front employee to represent them at this location. His behavior is racism and unacceptable. Nothing can justify his actions.

So, she does not need to work in helping customers. I don't know her name but she was a white girl with glasses. So that I know has a problem with Black people, I will be served by her. Think she need to be relocated.
