I heard Walgreens was going hard on the beauty products now, don't ask me (as I'm a dude with zero beauty product experience lol) but they seemed to have excellent options for a variety of skin tones and preferences. Also, they have a line of specialty diverse products, I think Walgreens is making progress, yay! I really liked this location as it had really cool items for kiddos and teachers. Lots of toys and cool gadgets. I also found that the Walgreens was easy to traverse, it's a standard Walgreens so I knew where the food, pharmacy, and photo sections were, immediately upon entry. If I could give this Walgreens zero stars I would. The pharmacy has been nothing but a challenge to deal with whenever I need to pick up a prescription. The customer service on the manager side is beyond terrible and not accommodating whatsoever. The pharmacy made so many mistakes in prescribing me the incorrect medications and then when I tried to return them, wouldn't accept them back. They were unopened sealed bottles. After about the 10th time of telling them that I don't take this particular medication, they still had to discover their issues. This "team" definitely needs to do a root cause analysis. After several hours dealing with the tech, manager (who then has to call me back with more/less information, they decided to provide me rewards to use in the store for $50 (the cost of the medication). When I went back to use the rewards, they had nothing in the system! Not even at the register! I gave the woman my phone to look through my Walgreens app and she was unable to locate anything. This Walgreens is a scam and the pharmacy department appears to be very passive aggressive and full on aggressive at times. Initially I wanted to switch pharmacies because the wait time is typically 45 min-1 hour avg, but now I'm incredibly relieved to not give this Walgreens any more of my or my family's business. read more

For years, I've been coming to this Pharmacy and it has gotten nothing but worse I actually stop coming here and change to CVS miles away because of the nice convenient way they handle their business. But my other half insists on staying at Wallgreens. So here, I am trying to pick up his prescription., Went on maps and looked it up to make sure they were open before I drove down there and I get here and there's a printed that says closed for lunch from 1:30 to 215, I understand they lunch, but why is it not on their website. It's ridiculous. And then the rudeness the people go in and out of this place they never have what they need. This is a partial prescription. Came in here because my friend wanted to check out their Christmas aisle specifically looking for Snoopy items. 3 or 4 employees stocking in that aisle talking amongst each other, but no greeting or acknowledgement for us at all, not even to ask if we needed any help as we just went around them to look at everything. Cashier was a little dry, like robotically just going through the motions, not necessarily unfriendly. They didn't have what she was looking for, but I personally wouldn't drive out of my way to this specific location again. read more

Placed an order for documents to be printed out at this location. Arrived to pick them up & they'd printed the same doc page 3 X's. Advised the very rude customer service rep Joselyn (dark curly hair, woman) that my docs printed weren't correct & were missing 2 pages. She kept rolling her eyes saying it's not her fault rather than actually checking the order. I triple checked my order so I knew what was printed wasn't correct. She then proceeded to re-print. After about 10 min. I asked how much longer would the job be ready, she rudely said, it would be ready when the printer was done that it takes time. Never once did she look at me. Once the job was done, it was wrong again. I will never trust Walgreens with any printing. Walgreens needs to hire people who actually appreciate having a job and who care about decent customer service. No one wants to deal with a bad attitude when giving their hard earned money to this company. read more

This has been our family pharmacy for 12 years and we couldn't be happier. The store is bright and tidy, and the people are exceptionally helpful and friendly. A typical stop is the pharmacy where we are waited on promptly (usually, it's a busy place). The store carries great products at good prices. We are more than satisfied. read more

I don't like to write negative reviews, but reading other customers reviews, plus my experience with them today forced me to write. I scheduled for my family of 4 to have flu shot, scheduled at 3:45 pm, and didn't get to call our names until 4:47 pm. I get there at 3:40 pm, there is one customer a head of me in line, it didn't get to me until 4:00 (20 minutes stand in line). Then the girl help me check in, said that they can't find our information or insurance, which I have to provide for her again, I told her that this is NOT the first time we been to this pharmacy, they should have all the information on file plus our insurance is the same. We sat there to wait for our turn, then it turned out to be 1 hour of wait, I get frustrated and want to cancel our appointments, but then they call our name. FYI, there is not much customer there, just come and go, but I'm not sure why they are so slow. When the pharmacist call us, which she called my daughter who is 14 years old, so I said I will go in with her just because she is a minor. This flag me that if this pharmacist is new or she even know the medical guidelines that minor patient WILL HAVE to accommodate with parent/guardian. Then she ask my daughter to confirm her birth date, which my daughter provided for her clearly, then she just stare the paper in her hand for a good 30 secs to 1 'minutes, this started to make me wonder if she got the right paperwork since there are 4 of us, AND my big concern is if she got the RIGHT VACCINE. After she give both of us the vaccine, I ask if I can get a proof of all the vaccines for all of us. One, I need to submit to my work, and two, for upload to our PCP for our immunization records. She told me that she is not sure if she can do that because she never done that before. I told her that I been to this pharmacy before and I always ask for the proofs for the same reason, and they always provide that for me and not sure why she told me that. As I wait out side, I saw she ask the staff, this is really concerning me. She is the pharmacist, did she really know what she doing? She doesn't know the policy or protocol of the pharmacy OR medical guidelines? Not to mention, while we in the room, she drop the paperwork in the trash, pick it up, open the shaft container lid, AND give injections to us WITHOUT changing the gloves. I work in healthcare so all these details caught my eyes. This pharmacist definitely needs more training on medical guidelines, protocols, and policies. Should I be concerned and worried? YES, I am. I was concerned about the sanitation, safety, and most of all if we received the right vaccine. And guess what, it been done! I will change pharmacy, even if this pharmacy just down the street from my house. I always have a good experience at this pharmacy, not this time. read more

This is why I hate using the drive-thru. I needed to come to this particular Walgreens because it's a trusted partner with (I know you read the review) United Airlines. Hawaii bound travelers need Covid testing to avoid the mandatory 10 day island quarantine. The rules are: make an appointment on the Walgreens website, bring proof on who you are, don't enter the store, just go through the pharmacy drive-thru. It's simple. The only hiccup is the wait. I stayed in line for over an hour and a half and there was only 6 cars ahead of me. I guess the appointment was just to order your test kit. Pulling up to the window, the tech on the other side will inform you when to roll down your window, prove who you are, and watch you in action. The testing is all self administered. I have no clue why it took those 6 in front of me so long? I was done in 10 mins?!?!? From proving who I am, to the tech answering my questions. I guess people were scared to shove the swab so far up their nose that it tickles their brain. Me I just wanted out so the didn't care about the temporary discomfort. I was informed it would be the standard 3-5 business days for results. Overall four stars. I can't blame them completely for the long wait time. It could easily be the people ahead of me being unprepared. Service as quick and very professional. Now excuse me, I have to go inside. I shouldn't have drank all that coffee. M read more

She was helping a customer in front of me and he had some issues picking up his prescriptions but everything seemed like it went well. Rather than feeling flustered after the customer, she was very energetic and greeted me with a smile. We had a small conversation about our move to the neighborhood from Hawaii. The pharmacy manager, Briana, was willing to compromise my health by taking her personal emotions out on me as a patient. I called her out on a customer service issue. She lied and acted defensive about an issue. So what she did was cancel a prescription that I urgently needed for my health because she was upset at me. She also said she will cancel all prescriptions from any doctor. It is very unethical and unprofessional that she takes out her revenge out on patients like this. I have been a customer of Walgreens for over 20 years and I have never encountered such repugnant and unethical behavior. read more

The drive thru pharmacy is extremely slow. It takes me 15-20 minutes just to get my prescription.

The pharmacy at this location is absolutely awful! Unfortunately my insurance requires I use walgreens so I have no choice. I consistently receive text and vm notifications that my refills are ready, only to show up, wait in a ridiculously long line only to be told that they are not. Even after I show them the texts they sent me they feign ignorance. Complaining to the ineffective managers results in only excuses. I am frequently told that I am out of refills and my Dr. has not responded to their requests. But when I check with my doc, no such request has been received. Since my doc is at UCLA Medical Center, I believe them, not Walgreens. Just found out that I can go to a different location further from my home, hope that helps. Worst Pharmacy always backed up and gives excuses on why your meds aren't ready. Takes at least 24 hours to get a prescription filled after they receive it then after they tell you an hour, 4 hours later it's still not ready. This has occurred multiple times, always stating they're backed up or to busy. read more

Horrendous, as usual. Today the pharmacist laughed at me when I was upset that they lost my medication and never got back to me about it and never bothered to tell me that my other medication is out of stock with an unknown ETA. He thought it was funny apparently that I'm stressed about my health and need my medications daily and can't just skip them. I'm out of my 30 day supply on both of them. The pharmacist of course blamed me and his own employees for these problems, and I had to tell him multiple times that he's the pharmacist, so his employees are his responsibility, and that I can't do anything more than call them multiple times to check the status (they don't answer), check their app (always incorrect), and drive by to ask multiple times a month. So funny apparently. What a cold-hearted person. I wish there were other options but every pharmacy these days sucks. At least this isn't CVS. read more

I was so relieved to find out my health insurance offers 90 day prescription refillls through Caremark CVS. They contact all your doctors for you and then automatically ship your refills to your house before your 3 month supply of any prescription including birth control, run out! Call your insurance company asap because most of them do this. read more

Just another review underscoring the incompetence of the pharmacy. I called in to request a refill on a prescription and was told it would be ready after 4pm. I arrive at 4:30pm and wait about 45 minutes in line as they work extremely slow. Once it was my turn I was being told that they had to send in a fax to the doctor to request an approval for the refill and that they hadn't received a response yet, therefore having me drive out there for nothing and leaving empty handed. The worst pharmacy! They always run out of my husband's blood pressure medicine so we had to send it across the street to Albertsons. Now we pick up at 2 spots. They had us coming to get a monthly prescription a week apart every month, we asked to have them combined so we can pick them up at the same time period, they agreed.
