Awful..don't bother unless you want your head to explode. I "tried" to buy some over the counter relief drugs $27.00...They didn't have change for a $100. She had a drawer of 1 and 5 dollar bills that looked to be under $50 total. I had to go to a "functioning" neighboring business to get change and come back. Unacceptable. Beware! They advertise one price on their website and charge A higher price in the store. You can get the online price, if you feel like convincing the clerk to summon a manager and informing him/her of the corporate policy on "price matching" from their own website. Horrible Pharmacy. I waited in my car in line for 35 min. Mind you there were two cars ahead of me. I parked and went in, was in line for another 30 min. When I got up to the counter gave her my name she walked away and started helping someone else. Well needless to say I went crazy. I asked for the pharmacist she said well were very busy. I said I have eyes and can see that. Does that mean everyone turns on a bitch switch and treat customer with such disrespect. Awful!!! Just got a phone call from Rida. She would not allow me to speak! I finally said to her when I'm allowed to talk please to please call me back. She actually said ok!!! I understand everyone is stressed but that was uncalled for!!!!! This attitude is exactly why we switched to cvs. The doctor office made a mistake and sent it to this awful Walgreens... awful! Awful! Had one of my son's medications here since 2016. Same medication new script every 3 months. The last 2 times was a nightmare with it taking 11 days of them not having a clue and not really caring and then having to switch the script to another Walgreens location that is just as incompetent. After this script is up I won't be using Walgreens again. read more

I can't tell you how unprofessional now not only the pharmacy is but the whole store. The nerve these people have to continue to be cynical and rude to me. They force me to come into the store when I call they either put me on hold for 20 minutes a time and then hang up on me or tell me and I quote when I asked for a manger "Oh yeah , huh, guess we're busy right now" and refuse to give me the DMs phone number. Why don't I go somewhere else? Transportation I don't drive and it's difficult when my prescriptions are on call to go here. I want the DMs number I can't find it on the internet. All I want to do is ask a question about my prescriptions. I know for an absolute fact that guy with the glasses who works there still has a problem with me and is the main person hanging up on me constantly and they have this pharmacist who can't figure out how to do my prescription that requires two separate Rx of same med different strength even though for four years I have never had an issue until this guy. I call the next day the lady pharmacist is like oh it's no problem and does what she has to do. If y'all are reading this guess what guy with the glasses YES I CAN COUNT AND KNOW I PICK UP THAT ONE "SCHEDULED" PRESCRIPTION TOMORROW THAT IS NOT WHY I AM CALLING. This is ridiculous I have to write all this in a review but I am not getting a ride over there so the same thing as last month happens. I shouldn't have to go there in person just to talk to someone. And another thing, I understand people need to get vaccinated but either hire more competent people or hire an entirely separate team to do that because people also shouldn't be waiting in line for 40 minutes or more just to pick up a prescription. read more

Maybe just a personal experience, but the staff constantly eyes me when shopping as if I am going to steal something. Once, a higher up manager from outside the store was talking to the general manager and she asked "Do you need any help?" to which the GM responded "Oh no, she always just walks around" I don't even go in this Walgreens like ever!? I love this Walgreens. This is a very well run and convenient location. The staff are extremely nice and helpful and they always have great prices and sales. Drug stores aren't the most fun of places but this is a good one if you have to go. read more

Good store. Usually has what I need. Staff are friendly. They helped me get my prescriptions filled properly . Too bad it's not 24 hours.

The store itself is lovely and clean. The store manager and the clerks are kind and helpful. The prices are o.k. and they run some good sales. Truth be told though Walgreens is a pharmacy and the pharmacists and pharmacy assistants are rude. They truly act like they are doing you a favor. Over the months the service became so bad I took my business else where. With so many pharmacies in the area there is no need to put up with bad customer service. read more

This Walgreens is great, especially the Pharmacy and the people working there. I recently had to fill a prescription that ended up being nearly $200 and when I mentioned how absurd the price of a 3mL bottle of eye drops are the pharmacist (Dee!) asked me if i had a smart phone and suggested that I look up to see if there were any coupons available. Turns out I saved almost $40 on my purchase thanks to her. Dee was awesome and very helpful, my experience was awesome...can't ask for much else. read more

Most obnoxious cashier I've ever encountered, not once but many times. Either needs training in Customer Service, or Anger Management, not sure which. Life is too short and CVS too close to have unpleasant shopping experiences. read more
