I had to review this Walgreens because the pickup experiences I've had were truly top tier. First, I did an online photo order and my pictures were ready in like 5 mins. Second interaction was with actual merchandise. I ordered some items online and was able to use a discount code... love that but it was late at night so I couldn't pick up immediately which was totally fine. The items were ready early in the morning. I did the pickup at the photo counter and the employee stopped what she was doing to take care of me super quickly. I appreciate the service. read more

The current pharmacy manager is extremely rude and condescending. I did not understand something he said to me over the phone so he proceeded to repeat himself by yelling it over and over again in an angry tone until I understood. He also insisted that I should've been aware of this information as it was "already texted" to me. I double checked after this interaction and had no text message, email or voicemail from the pharmacy. Not sure what his problem was but he is definitely not someone you want handling your medication as he lacks any sort of patience or professionalism. Will be transferring to a different pharmacy after this. read more

Hooray, I now have a new mini-tube of contact lens fluid because the last one was just about ti run out. The store is clean, it is tidy and it is well stocked. Amber was so helpful and patient! I was trying to do a short notice picture print but the kiosk wasn't cooperating very well. The clarity wasn't quite there and editing feature was not cooperating. Along comes Amber. She started to help me with the online method and the pictures came out fantastic. I believe the staff makes all of the difference in any company. Picked up my medication at their drive-thru. Their tech was pretty rude. Wanted to know why my prescription was more expensive than usual. Simply asked if she could pull up my prescription history. This young lady proceeded to talk down to me and my wife like we were little kids. I'm 62 years old. Did not appreciate that. In fact, upon closer inspection of the package once we arrived home, found that I had paid for a 3 month refill instead of a one month refill that I was accustomed to getting. All she had to do was look at her computer for my history, that would have solved any dilemma. Walgreens will lose longtime customers with her at the window. read more

I have always been greeted by name and WELL taken care of by the staff at Walgreens Pharmacy! The new manager has done a great job at hiring enough staff to cover even the busiest times. The only reason I gave it 4 of 5 stars is because I am upset that they had to change the Pharmacy hours from OPEN 24 Hours back to 7am to 11pm. Thanks! -Jamie read more

I would say, for one reason or another, I'm in this store more than any other business. It's close, I know many of the people who work there. The pharmacist are superb. Talk to your pharmacist even instead of your Dr's about any interaction of medications. Excellent place for little pickup items and prescriptions. Flu shots etc are available. read more

After gathering the things I needed I went to the checkout. 2 lanes were open. One lane opened up, after I set my things down, he said I'm closed, go over there. Very rudely. Come to find out, it was the manager. If he would of said I'm sorry, but this register is closed. Would of been a different story. He needs to learn how to speak to his customers. read more

I love the fact that this Walgreens is 24/7. Always really neat and fully stocked. Only one time they didn't have what I wanted. Yesterday, walked in and everything was neatly stock along the make up section. I already knew where the item I wanted was. They even had the Walgreens brand lip balms, that I love so much, summer one that I could never find at any other Walgreens. The lady that checked me out was so polite. I am still fairly new to the area, and recently transferred all of my prescriptions to this Walgreens location since it is practically next door to my neighborhood. I will say that the first two times I visited this Walgreens, I was very impressed. The pharmacy staff were very friendly and accommodating, as were the rest of the members of the store's staff. However, it's very apparent that everything has gone WAY downhill in the pharmacy department on my last few visits. While most of the pharmacy staff are still all smiles and very friendly, I've caught nothing but major attitude from some of the "veteran" employees. Recently, I encountered an emergency situation with my medications, and while the pharmacy technicians were kind and willing to work with me, two of the lead pharmacists were nothing but disrespectful and rude. Everything I said was dismissed. I also experienced quite a few problems with an employee telling me one thing, and then another telling me something completely different. It's as if they don't communicate with one another. (And if an employee feels the need to speak negatively about a customer, be sure the customer is out of earshot before doing so. I feel like I shouldn't have to state the obvious, but being the target of that today, I need to put that in this review.) As I said, though, I think my biggest complaint is the way that the lead pharmacists have treated me the last few times I have been there. I felt extremely belittled and disrespected, which is something no customer should ever have a problem with. Needless to say, I will be transferring my medications back to my previous pharmacy, even if it means I have to drive 30-40 extra minutes. It's worth it when the staff shows a certain level of respect that all customers deserve. In short... Sorry, Walgreens, I doubt you will be getting anymore of my business until your employees can start treating their customers with a little bit more compassion and understanding. read more
