    I recently changed to this pharmacy because I found them through GoodRx. They seemed fine. My first…read moreprescription transfer went fine, but when I went to do my second transfer on a Monday I was told my delivery would be that Wednesday. Well, Wednesday came and I had no notification on the delivery, so I called them. They told me they would not be delivering on that Wednesday because the driver was not coming to my area! I told them that on my initial transfer, on a phone call that Monday, and on a phone call the day before, where they had told me I had no refills left, when I, in fact, had a refill left, and they wasted my time calling the previous pharmacy etc. on this issue, and then I had to call them back where they confirmed that I indeed had a refill, they had said that the delivery would be Wednesday, the next day! But they were refusing to deliver to me and I had no pills left. In the last conversation they said they would do their best to deliver that day, but could not promise that they would! I mentioned that these were pills I HAD to take EVERYDAY. And that I needed them as promised!!! I guess this got them to deliver them on Wednesday! But it should not have come to my blood pressure being elevated because of their incompetence!!! The blood pressure that the medication was to help keep in check!!! I counted the pills that I received on that delivery, and one prescription was off by two pills, when I counted them twice and three times, so I contacted them! They sent a picture of the pills with numbers on them. Well, that was fine and well, but a picture doesn't tell me that they were actually ALL put in the bottle. I was nice about it and said that I did not know about their picture but I counted ONLY 88 not the 90 I was supposed to receive. The person said they could not deliver them to me I had to go get the two pills. I live far from the pharmacy and told them I did not need them right away but to please deliver them when their driver was in the area. They said they would refund me 7 cents for the 2 pills, but they could not deliver them!!!! And then added that they did not want my business! I told them that it was actually what I was going to do anyway, go back to my old pharmacy where I DID NOT HAVE THESE ISSUES! They are terrible and their customer service is horrible for a place dealing with your health! I do not recommend that anyone use them! Sometimes you get what you pay for, and this is one of those times!!! This addition is in response to their inaccurate, unprofessional, and petty response to my review: First, I have gotten 3 prescriptions from your pharmacy and I told you this was the one with a problem. One thing is a picture and another thing is the actual pills that went into my bottle! I got 88 pills NOT 90! THAT IS A FACT!!! I told you I live far and I did not get what I paid for--90 pills. I even told you I did not need these right away but to have them delivered the next time your driver was in the area! But YOU ARE A PETTY PERSON and petty people should not be running businesses, especially ones dealing with people's health! And about the delivery...I told the truth I my review, unlike yourself! You delivered that day because I emphasized that I needed those pills and I had none and I had proof that Wednesday was the promised day. But you were not having your driver come this way so you did not want to pay them extra for a delivery that you had promised on that day and confirmed 3 times! And all this lack of consistency even though you are dealing with people's health! You are an awful person! For those prescriptions there was also lack of knowledge on your employee's part or your part, I do not know whom. But the prescriptions were transferred and I was called about a successful transfer and a promised delivery date, however, the next day when I call I am told I had no refills. Your pharmacy thought I had no refills and I was not contacted to tell me this fact you thought you had knowledge of, so I was just going to be left to figure this out for myself? If I had not called I would still be waiting for my prescriptions, for which I DID HAVE REFILLS and for which I had been promised a Wednesday delivery date. What kind of pharmacy does this, AN INCOMPETENT ONE like yours! And now you are not even acknowledging the fact that I did state in my review that the pills were indeed delivered that Wednesday after I emphasized that I NEED THOSE PILLS AND TAKE THEM DAILY, and that further, I had proof from your pharmacy on the promised delivery date!!! Again you are a horrible person and you do not know how to run a business!

    First time ever someone offered to change the ZIP Code on my account wow. I have moved a few times…read moreand no one ever offered to change my ZIP Code for me. That was so nice it has been a mission to try to remember which ZIP Code I had a Las Vegas a few years ago. Thank you Alicia for being the first one after I don't know how many years offered to change my ZIP Code. It Didn't take long at all we got it done and now I can't use my bonus points more efficient. I hope the manager and the area manager and District manager and president of the company sees this because after so many visits to Walgreens no one did this simple task for me. I would have to try and remember the ZIP Code or not be able to use my points. I think four years now wow So I was having an extremely tough experience with the. Probably the worst experience. Not to go into detail. But I want to really thank Ana!! I met her today and her custumer service was hands down one of the best I have ever had. She really cares about people. She made me feel like I mattered to the company. She gave me value in my situation. Walgreens should really appreciate her and value her as a high value team member!! She is a leader and can teach other how to lead.

    I was getting a regular medication at this pharmacy for my dog who was being treated for a…read moredigestion disease, about $60. A refill was taking longer than usual - I got on the phone with a pharmacist who explained it was out of stock nearby & I'd have it soon, but then also told me I should consider putting my dog down because the medication was expensive. I was confused because the medication was usually $60, I had pet insurance, and also that's my business?? I finally get the medication and it's 5x the price, $300. They insisted it was the right medicine though, & as I really needed it since it was already days behind, I purchased it. IT WAS THE WRONG MEDICINE, TEN TIMES THE DOSE MY DOG NEEDED, SHE COULD'VE OVERDOSED AND SHE DID HAVE A SERIOUS ISSUE BECAUSE OF THIS. The pharmacist who said I should put my dog down inputted an extra zero when ordering the prescription (so instead of 10x it was 100x). When I went to ask them to fix this, I also asked to speak to who I spoke to over the phone & they refused to bring him out or tell me who it was. I then had to drive across town to another Walgreens to get the medication. I also found out I could've had it days sooner had the pharmacist read the prescription correctly & directed me to this second location. It's been a year and I've never gone back for ANY medication - not mine or any family members because their lack of professionalism and empathy was beyond me. Genuinely a stressful, sad, and traumatic experience for me and my family.

    I live close to this place, and I do everything possible to avoid shopping there. I've bought…read morepackaged salads and had to throw them away because half of them were already spoiled. The same thing happens with the orange bags and strawberries -- half of them are rotten. Sometimes they have deals like 3 for $10, but all of them are already bad. If you go to the candy section, you have to be careful because some products even have mold on them. The ham they pre-slice in the deli section turns slimy within two days. The quality is terrible overall, except maybe for canned products. The customer service is also awful. Nobody seems interested in helping you, except for maybe one or two employees who work there. Honestly, it would be better if they closed that place and opened something else instead. It's unbelievable that even though I live so close, I have to drive all the way to Publix in Sunny Isles just to buy groceries.

This North Miami Beach / Sunny Isles location would not rank among my favorite locations. First off, the good: - Staff were really nice. So, so nice, including to the incredibly obnoxious, entitled, Orthodox family shopping at the same time as us, who would certainly have tried my patience. - The store is open until 11 p.m. -- the only reason why we ended up there after our late, delayed flight. Nothing else was open. - There are some organic produce offerings on offer, and some offerings that would be harder to find in our neck of the woods like flan and mango or coconut yogurt. The less-than-good: - Prices for many items were unreasonable for the quality. This is from a New Yorker who lives on the UWS. - Produce seemed to be quite limited in range and of lesser quality than what we are used to. We purchased some essentials for the time being, but I think we're going to have to hit up a Whole Foods or Publix tomorrow to grocery shop properly.
