Brutal reviews for this Walgreens. For what they are commenting on, I have zero feedback... For why I needed to come here, the experience was great... I think it actually works well that somehow Labcorp partnered with Walgreens for space. It is kind of strange sitting in a retail store for routine lab work but when you are called inside it looks like any Labcorp you may have been to in the past. Bottom line, it works, including the "online" check in though I think that is better done waiting in one of the seats inside than in your car. read more

Since Walgreens absorbed the Rite-Aid customers that closed across the street, both their drive-thru and in-store pharmacy line is extremely long and slow. I don't think they have enough staff or if they do, they cheap out and don't properly staff this location. Each visit to the Drive-Thru is at least 20 minute wait. Time I cannot get back. I used this place for the last 6 years. Today, I transferred my prescriptions to other pharmacies. Investment Capitalists bought Walgreens and their focus is on the bottom line and not the customer. read more

I had an issue with them never contacting me about a prescription refill. when I asked to speak to the pharmacist, I was put on a lengthy hold, and then hung up on, without getting to talk to someone. this happened twice, within 1/2 hour of each other. read more

Friendly, efficient service. Pharmacists are knowledgeable and helpful. I switched from CVS to Walgreens and am happy I made the switch!

I needed a pharmacy late night about 11:30pm to buy some anti-itch meds for my wife. They list closing as midnight. I got there 11:42, and the door was already locked, and no customers inside. There was a cashier standing by the register and when I knocked on the door and showed her the time on my cell phone, she didn't even react, just kept staring at me like an idiot. Apparently scheduled 12am closing, means 11:30pm closing, so that the employee can leave at 12 on the dot. Not good. read more

This pharmacy has constantly been there for me as I've been taking care of my dad. They have always been prompt about getting his medications and mine. The people are very friendly, and offer advice that helps me get my prescriptions safely and with the minimum of complications. Thank you, Walgreens! read more

I have never had a problem when filling my prescriptions nor shopping in the store. My daughter & I also received our vaccines there & we we're treated very respectfully by the pharmacist even though she was a bit busy on the 2nd one. She didn't make us feel like a burden although I know we kind of were at that time. Matter of fact since the pandemic, Rite Aid which is a little closer took way too long because of their lack of workers so I had all my scripts transferred to Walgreens. I get text & call notifications when my prescriptions are ready or due to be filled. The only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 is because as my daughter & I checked out after receiving our vaccines, the cashier which was a bit older, stockier build with dark hair working the front of the store just wasn't very friendly at all. I don't think she even spoke to us. But that's a first there for me. Store is always clean and stocked. I would recommend. read more

Simply, Do not fill any prescription @ this Walgreens location. I will be happy to expand, A LOT on this. Save yourself time, money and stress. Go to CVS or Right Aid. These folks can't do calendar date math to save their lives, and each person you speak to there will give you different answers that the others do not honor. Simple as that. Again. I am giving this two stars just because it is the holidays and I don't want to be a total grinch. I have never felt more uncomfortable in a place in my life. *r*c* the shift leader helped me and she was just not friendly. I to had a long day at work but would never ever speak with that type of frustration. Then her and what I am only assuming was the manager were talking about other employees making mistakes in front. I felt terrible for the women who came in after me because she just wanted to pick up some pictures but it seemed to bother her even more then I did. I get that life and the holidays are stressful but a simple smile or have a nice evening would have made it a tiny bit better. read more

This place is so boring and garbage every time I get a prescription here they always take to long always taking forever to scan a few items.

So my wife was getting the 8X10 prints that are glued to a piece of wood made at Walgreen's, William Penn Hwy Palmer Township, Easton. She had 4 of them made over about 2 weeks as we figured out what pictures we wanted. The first 3 came out ok and I just figured the slight imperfections were because of the wood the pictures were glued onto and could not be helped. I picked up the 4th picture for her and neglected to look at it before I left (My mistake). When she got home from work and opened the box the print had a rub mark and indention across the picture like it got stuck in the machine while making it. Can't believe they thought it was ok like that. Well I took it back and requested a new one, the woman helping me was part of management and looked at it and said it was just some glue! I said well there is an indent in it also. She followed with IT'S JUST GLUE. Well whatever, she said she would make another and I was told to come back later. I went back the next day and the picture was printed but was just lying on top of the old damaged one. The woman helping me was a lot nicer than manager. Went back the next day again and it was done, opened the box and it looked good to me. I took it home and hung it with the rest of the pictures and when we stood back and looked at it you could see an obvious bubble where the glue did not take. Took it back again and walk past a girl running the checkout and that not so nice manager. I waited at the counter until the girl at the checkout came over to help me. I showed her the picture and told her what was wrong and just as I finished, this manager came up behind me and said to the girl helping me, what's the problem? The girl told her and I said again, I just want it replaced. The nasty manager said we don't have any more of the wood backing and don't know when we are getting them back in, give him a refund. I said I have 3 others in this series; doe's any other Walgreen's have the wood? I don't know, there is nothing we can do. I tossed the receipt on the counter for the refund and the manager walked away saying to the employee, come get me if there is a problem. In other words if I give her a hard time. How do people like this become managers of a store with such a bad attitude and so nasty to customers. She even has the demeanor of a mean person. We went online to the same Walgreen's when I got home to see if we could order it and it said would be ready in an hour. So I'm assuming she did not want to make another one likely because they cannot operate the machine correctly and it was costing them money. We then went to the Walgreen's in forks Township, Easton and the picture looked amazing compared to all the pictures we had made at the Easton location. This one manager in this store defiantly needs a new personality, customer service training, amongst other things to better herself. read more

There is nobody at the pharmacy. I said I was going to wait. Most pharmacies this means 10-15 min wait . Not this Walgreens !!!! I've been waiting 30 minutes and my prescription is still being worked on, which is ridiculous. Come here if you want to wait an hour for the pharmacist to count a few pills . Instead she is chatting on the phone . I will go somewhere else next time . read more

Every time I have attempted to fill a prescription at this pharmacy there is always an issue on their side that prevents me from obtaining it. The staff seems nice enough though. I wish the department could be handled a bit better so I wouldn't have to drive to the Walgreens by Stefko for items. read more
