After going to the back of the 8 person line I waited another hour while watching others not get their orders or staff not being able to find their prescriptions and asking them to step out of line. I mentioned that my order has been in house now for 4 hrs and that this is the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. I was told that I wasn't breaking her heart by saying that. Terrible place. The pharmacy staff is incompetent and rude. I live 30 miles out of town and when I called my pills in to have ready; it was always a problem and they couldn't get it right. Calling to speak with them, instead of answering the phone they make you wait and pick up the phone and hang it up quickly so they do not have to deal with you. My overall experience at this Walgreens is I would never go back and do business. It seems like a busy store probably understaffed and could care less if you return as a customer. The employees who answer the pharmacy line are completely rude. In all the years I've gone to my old store, I never once had any problem. I made several complaints and the management would give me store credit each time but I won't step in there to buy anything. I'm done dealing with their terrible customer service.
