I wish I could give less than one. What I learned customer service representative at the State Street store today is that if you press the prompt for the you get transferred to a call center. I was on hold for an hour and a half and got hung up on then I called the store and talked to a representative and it took about five tries to get me back to the. A pharmacist answered and had an attitude and said he was the only one there. He refused to take my insurance information over the phone after this two hour ordeal and said I need to come into the store in person needless to say, I won't be going into the store in person. I'm going to transfer to a local. This is the worst customer service I have ever had in my entire life if I could rate zero stars I would because they really don't even deserve one. The only thing I can say is that Suzanne the customer service representative that answered was empathetic and friendly so I commend her for that. read more

I wandered around for far too long trying to locate specific items and then tried to color match myself. I thought maybe they were short staffed but then noticed whenever the employees walked by, they asked every single other customer if they needed help with anything. I made eye contact with a couple of employees but they simply kept walking like they were on a mission. I have no issue with asking for help, but every time I went to approach someone they were chatting or making a bee line elsewhere. I have never had an experience like this at this location before but it was frustrating enough that I walked out without buying anything and will take my time and money to a more deserving company that treats their customers feel welcome.
