Pharmacy never opens on time and sometimes never... just go somewhere else. I don't know why it wants 85 characters but here ya go...

I had the worse experience again with this Walgreens. I have my prescriptions there and won't have them anymore. The personal is constantly changes and I always have the same issue with my prescriptions, even they are the same prescriptions all the time. They made me return to that store four times today even though they called me twice saying they have my medicine ready to pick up. Worst service ever, If you have another pharmacy that yiu can use is better, but don't go there. read more

Smh I went I went to this location for a covid test which I had an appointment for. The pharmacy Drive thru was closed. They didn't give us a notification not even directions of what we could do. I would've appreciated a email prior to driving to notify me they were closed. My first thought is to call the store and I get no answer. I did not want to go in the store since I'm getting tested for covid but that was my last option. I went in the store and the ladies told me to go to a different location. The only reason there's even one star is because the ladies in the store were nice enough to call a different store for me and ensure I can drive there. read more

When in a pinch and rolling with an anti-Walmart crowd, the next best thing is Walgreen's. I managed to come here during a hot afternoon with a few friends attempting to escape the heat while managing to score some much needed items: water, sunglasses, lotion, and gum. The parking lot wasn't crowded, in fact for being the 4th largest city in the US, nothing seems crowded in Phoenix. Desert climate and all, this is one of the most wide open city spaces in America and this Walgreens is just another dot on the venue map. So away we go into this souped up convenience store. First thing worth embracing? Air conditioning. Lots of wonderful, carbon footprint inducing, cold air producing air conditioning. It felt nice to just peruse the store walking around as if I wasn't buying anything. The staff was friendly and did their best to help us find what we needed. They even had us line up in a different line than the main one out front (#1). The prices didn't seem to bad. Then I saw the sales tax. It's almost 10%? Someone deport me back to Oregon / New York. ________________ (#1) Arizona might be a conservative state, and yes they have the jacked up immigration law, but this was hardly a segregated line. I come here when I wanna skip lines at Wal-Mart or Frys. Cashier's are friendly. Chase ATM located inside but does not allow you to make cash deposits. Redbox also located inside for all you movie buffs. I've had to come here several times for baby food. There isn't a big variety of it but it's great if you need to make that quick stop when you run out of baby food and don't wanna go to the super market. Great for that evening milk stop after work. If you're planning on buying OJ just know that they do not sell any store brand OJ. You'll have to buy the half gallon name brand juices. Pharmacists are friendly. Photo specialists are friendly. Not many of you know but if you have the Walgreens app, you can send photos from your smartphone to the photo center and they will print your pictures while you wait from wherever you're sending them from. I've done this plenty of times and it's pretty inexpensive. If you don't have a Walgreens card sign up for one. It's free. Use it whenever you shop here and those points add up quick. Save yourself some money! Overall I like coming to shop here for all my quick stop knick knacks and junk. read more

If u plan on picking up medications at the drive thru, bring a snack. The girls are absolutely useless and would lose their brains if they weren't already inside their heads. 30+ minute lines for prescription pickups. read more

Overall this is a good Walgreens. It's hard to find good ones it seems these days, however once you get to know the staff it makes the experience so much better. This one has went through a lot of staff changes, but overall they are good. Samantha Rocks! And there is another younger guy, can't remember his name but he is also good. I will say they were getting a fill in girl there from time to time who was a nightmare to deal with. In my case every month I have to get (2) C 2's filled. And the one time I dealt with this Pharm tech before even looking in the system she said that I was "trying to fill too soon"! Though I won't say her name I will say it rhymes with "Cannon". Long story short within minutes at the time Josylynn who unfortunately has left, said right away "sorry" and handled the situation. I fill every 4 weeks on the same day, and the good techs understand that the day changes every month by a day or 2. And according to Walgreens updated policy when it comes to C2's can fill every 4th week so as long as it's not before day 28 not counting your fill day. Long end short of it, theoretically if your like me then you fill the same day every month every 4th week. However many pharmacies look at you sideways and make you feel like your some drug addict when filling these types of prescriptions. Really in my opinion it should be based on when your insurance covers the medication period. However, aside from the one gal who honestly I don't think they use her anymore because of the number of complaints that they were getting about her. So overall your in good hands here.
