The outstanding staff they had disappeared quickly, one by one, and no one "knew " anything. I left my last Walgreens due to massive changes that left me with not one recognizable face, and my prescriptions became a problem. This store's just done the same. New faces, not a single person I recognize. It's shameful, really. These new people are way off their game, medicines our of stock, saying they're there only to be told I'll have to wait 3 more days for it to come. Wonderful. I'm already 3 days behind this medicine, now it will be 6 days. I'm fed up and moving to another Walgreens where I do recognize a few people, and hope for improvement over what I've experienced lately. Finally today they are withholding my prescription for the 3rd time even when my insurance will cover it. If I could wave a magic wand I'd get rid of Walgreens. If you need to speak to someone, well tough luck because they will put you on a 50 minute hold while kicking you out of their system multiple times and having to call back and now hearing you are the second caller in line. It takes them so long to get prescriptions ready too. Need your Drs office to send a medication here? Too bad. If I leave a voicemail, they claim to never get it. They apparently don't know how to do anything manually like send a fax, and the once or twice they have actually gotten my voicemail in the 2 years I've been responsible for calling them in, they call back asking questions that were very clearly left in the voicemail (we record all info that we leave in voicemails in a log). Somehow Walmart is the best pharmacy I deal with, hands down. Hopefully the next wave of pharmacy bankrupting turns towards Walgreens next.

They are always willing to assist with anything, whether it is helping me or other customers find products in the store, assisting at self checkout, helping with photo orders and printing, or fixing an issue when something does not ring up correctly. Their customer service really stands out. I also place online orders for in store pickup quite often, and they go above and beyond. Many times, as soon as I walk in, they are already grabbing my order from the shelf and getting me checked out before I even have to say anything. Hands down the best CVS location. Best staff, best service, just an overall great experience every time.

Constantly returning prescriptions on last day of pick-up so prepare to pick up your prescription early and dont pay attention to the amount of time youre supposed to be given. They are rude. Dont care about anything or anyone. Disorganized and constantly keep you waiting with no regard to anyone but chatting amongst themselves and getting out of doing their job as quickly as they can. The manager of the pharmacy is the worst of them too and rolls her eyes is disrespectful and doesnt care about anything. Ive seen her yell at elders while sitting around laughing and chatting with the other co-workers there and have waited 30+ minutes for a prescription that was supposed to already be ready and nobody was in line. this place should be shut down with how horrible it is.
