This is sad given the service I recieve as a returning customer. First of all, the atmosphere is less than friendly. Anytime I go to checkout, I am often told the products that I have picked out are not of good quality, and they always send me to look throughout the store to look at other items although I have researched what I am buying and I am ready to checkout. This treatment is mostly from the older woman who works the register. The other employees are usually friendly and very helpful. I find the older woman very intimidating and rude and this makes me dread going to shop there. She also tends to try to avoid giving you the deals that are plainly offered in the store. I am disappointed that this is how I am treated as a returning customer. I am even considering driving quite distance just to avoid the store.

There was constant…read moreoffice confusion on whether or not I was to be put to sleep, the office confusion about the time of my appointment, the 1.5 hour wait before my surgery, having to go wait in the car after listening to the same office advertisement over and over on the tv for an hour, and the sadistic nurse who stuck me torturing me missing the vein, jabbing my tendon over and over and refusing to try another site and then threatening that she didn't have to put me to sleep because i was begging her to try another site because she was sticking a tendon. No body there ever acknowledged anything was written on my chart about being put to sleep and the nurse could care less how much pain I was in. I was so aggravated and actually fearful by the time I was put to sleep I started to just leave. Did I really want them doing my biopsy? IF they treated me so badly awake, how badly would they treat men when I was asleep? I will never go back. I will have to find other oral surgeons because of the incompetence and uncaring attitudes of the personnel. A person should be made to feel safe when having such a procedure. The first doctor i saw was so hateful I asked for another doctor to take care of me. There was only one woman in the office that acted as though she cared if there was a conflict in information and that she was dealing with a person.
