I came upon I C Beauty because I was looking for curling iron for my hair. We leave important stuff when we travel right? There was so many sections that I actually didn't know where to start. They have something for everyone here. At the main entrance, there the Sunday Best section. This is where you find the church mother dress suits, hats and accessories. Then there's the hair products sections. Serving from babies to adults. Literally every hair style possible. Then there the sew-ins and wigs. This is where you can spend a great deal of time. I did end up picking out a lite wig for non hair day occasions. I'll post a picture when I wear it. This is a great spot for all your hair needs and more. They even offer a rewards program for every dollar spent. Maybe, I'll see you there in the future.

Share review Embed…read morereview Write an update Edit review 3/3/2020 "Andrea O. from San Francisco, CA ...OMG almost the same thing happened to me on Thursday Feb.29th,2020 it was around 4 pm when me and my daughter went into the store.I was looking@ the braiding hair because I have been natural for a while wearing my own hair.Looked@the Skimpy $1 packs they had and was not satisfied asked the Chinese lady behind the counter that was staring so hard how much the full packs were she said $2 so my 18 yr old daughter told me you know you can get your braiding hair for $1 @Roses so I proceeded to walk around to the Earrings to purchase a few pairs and I glanced to the counter in Route and the same Chinese lady was then literally about to break her neck in half watching me and even did an obvious 180 turn around when I caught her Spying so hard..Which I thought was All very ridiculous...So I'm thinking by that point she is Profiling me I'm on the earring isle seeing what they have and they have the same exact styles they had years ago when I last visited this location so I begin to walk off thinking I'm just going to leave because she is Not accommodating me as a customer anyway so I'm out of here and as I'm leaving a young Black girl who she obviously has watching "helping" the customers I'm assuming is coming up behind me asking if she can help me.I'm so off put by this time I just kept walking.I have absolutely Nothing in my hands or otherwise from this Establishment and I'm walking out the front door and the Chinese lady is standing behind the counter and the buzzer goes off. That's when she comes racing from behind the counter and I think this is all a joke like these things go off some times maybe because of loose change but, then I'm Not @the Courthouse! So I'm looking in my little hand bag to see if I have loose change in the bottom anyway and I tell her O' it must be this loose change because I don't have anything else.I haven't taken anything. So I'm thinking she's going to move out of the way and let me go but, No that's when it got Real and I saw that this Chinese lady is truly Profiling me and attempting to Search me! She says in a jokingly voice "let me see in your bag" I am in utter amazement and I ask her for what? I don't have anything she just saw me dig through my bag she was right there! So I ask Are you a Police Officer because I'm not letting you look through my bag and she looks around me because she is BLOCKING! BARRING! Me from leaving the store and tells the little Black girl to Call the Police. Now looking back I Wish I had let her Call the Police So They could SEE for themselves that I had nothing belonging to the store but, instead I tell her I'm Not letting You look in my bag but, I will let her, referring to the little Black Employee girl by the Check Out Counter. So I go back where she is and take my things out of my little hand bag and put them in her hands, money, personal items, ID, and all- and ask her to hold them and let her look down inside my hand bag @the change and things and even my High blood pressure medications that I take for my heart beating too fast to begin with and this Chinese lady is pulling these False Allegations on me with NO Merit and No legal reason for Search! So now the Employee Gestures to her with her hands and shakes her head NO that I DO NOT have any of their merchandise! So I get my things back from her and begin to walk out of the door through the same stalls that I walked through earlier attempting to leave Before I was Barred from leaving and what do you know? The Buzzer does Not go off this time and where is the Chinese lady/Owner? She is by the door with me and Not behind the Counter in Order to Press the Buzzer to Make it go off so she can perform an illegal Search on me/Customers!...So I look back @her and she says "O' I Know what happened it was Your medicine that made it go off".....I'm thinking Really? a couple medicine bottles made your "FAKE" Detector Stalls go off? NO! I then tell her (as I had previously mentioned to her earlier) NO. You are WRONG. You Judged me! ...and she's standing there trying to explain away her wrongs and she sees the gig is up so she tells me "Well you no come back into my store no more" ...and I tell her "Yes I Will because I didn't steal anything, you just Judged me wrongly"....but, it is SAFE to SAY she will Not get another dime of my money"...but, I can Not say the same for her because she Humiliated me in front of my daughter and the employees in the store. Thank God their were no other Customers @the time because they had left earlier and a Customer was coming in as we left but, She Owes me for undue Stress, Humiliation, Pain and Suffering; my heart hurt all the rest of that Day and night I had to take a second dose of my heart medications that Evening, and I have NOT stopped thinking about the ordeal since!!!!!!!

We were informed by the sales associate (very nice and well mannered young lady) that it was a misprint which didn't start until April 1. Being that there was no sign explaining that we asked if she could ask the manager if she would still honor the coupon. The manager hollers across the store at my mom and said, "No I will not honor it. You can come back on April 1" and she also stated that "you cannot get the cosmetic bag unless you buy makeup." I told her that the flyer does not state that makeup is required with the purchase it states spend 14.99 or more and receive a free cosmetic bag. I didn't get the rude manager's name because I walked out the store with an attitude that I will never go back to the Laurinburg, NC store & I will tell my friends not to go there either. We explained to the sales associate that we were not filing a complaint against her store. We explained what happened and she was very understanding and apologize for our issue. I called the corporate office and explained in detail the events that had taken place and how the manager spoke to my mother & myself. The customer service rep said that she would call the store and tell the manager to honor our the coupon. I told her that I was at a different location and she asked for the location that the incident occurred and the location that I was in at the time. She said that she would call another Sally's store and have them to honor the coupon in its entirety. Clarice in the Rockingham store received the call from corporate and honored the coupon. My mom and I were able to get the items that we desired along with the free cosmetic bag without purchasing makeup. I was very satisfied with the customer service we received from other Sally's stores outside of Fresno, however, the staff at this store needs to be talked to about how customer service; especially valued customers that shop in her store all the time. I really feel like it was more discrimination against my mother and I after she saw that we were ** women. She literally yelled across the aisle as she walked towards us. WE WILL NEVER VISIT THE STORE 3610 as long as I have breath in my body. I really pray that some action is taken in this matter. It was not our fault that your coupon read from "NOW UNTIL APRIL 30!" I'll get her name and come back and share but she is absolutely knowledgeable of all products something one of the big competitors beauty store in town doesn't have ( cough cough super beauty world.) The associate was stocking items as I browsed the aisles. She told me to let her know if I needed any assistance. I found the black color for my hair. They offered 2 different varieties. One for $6.99 and Bigen for $4.99. I also picked up a bottle of Curl & Twist setting lotion for $7.99. Pump it up styling spirtz for $5.49. Isoplus shampoo $2.29. I was quickly rung up and was happily on my way.
