It was a somewhat busy Saturday afternoon when I went in and I had this odd gift card that someone had given to me. I was a gift card that had a bunch of different stores and restaurants and Ulta was one of them and I figured I may as well use it because I'm always there. When I got to the register, she was trying to scan it and she realize that I had to download the QR code and fill out the information. She took my phone for me, and proceeded to do everything that needed to be done and had so much patience with me. I got nervous because I felt like it was busy and she reassured me that it was no issue and took her time with me. She is an example of an amazing employee.
