I finally asked "does the self checkout work?" (Last time I was here it was off. She responds with a "I don't know, maybe" and walks away. I go to the self check out register and that's when the lady that was sitting in the back room by the registers finally comes out. She stands right in front of me making sure I scan everything. Came here to upgrade my jetpack. Upgraded it and was told the new one replaced the old one on the…read morebill meaning the old one was taken off. Cool deal. Came back a couple weeks later to upgrade iPhones with my husband. He had a 5 SE and I had a 7 plus. We both upgraded to the 8. Same lady took care of us that helped us upgrade the jetpack. She automatically assumed we both wanted iPhone 8 pluses. Wasn't until I said "these boxes are huge, are they the smaller sizes?" That she mentioned they were the pluses. Then They didn't have the colors we wanted and we both only wanted 64 gb but they didn't have 2 64 gb so my husband had to get the 256 gb. It's been a couple weeks now and I went to look at my bill. It was outrageous! $100 extra! Turns out the lady added protection plans to our phones without asking and the previous jetpack had never been removed. So because of this woman we almost ended up paying an extra $100 a month because of her adding a bunch of stuff without asking us. Called Verizon and got it fixed so that was a relief.
