And not only that, everyone seems to have a horrible experience at this place. Worst part is: it's not even my regular pharmacy. Tried picking up a prescription three times from this awful place. The first few times there were…read more6-10 cars ahead of me in the drive-through and due to commitments I had to leave (because the last time I picked up a prescription through the drive through I was the only one in line and was made to wait 20 minutes). Went back again this morning only to find a handmade sign in the window that read, "The Pharmacy is currently closed today due to pharmacist callout. Sorry for the trouble!" Then, 10 minutes later on my drive home, I received an automated call from Walgreens stating that my prescriptions are ready but that the pharmacy is closed. I called and spoke with someone at this Walgreens location who told me to go to another Walgreens (wait in line, etc.) to ask if my prescriptions could be transferred and filled. NO! I think Walgreens has wasted enough of my time and has caused enough TROUBLE! This is par for the course in Colorado...standards are so low here it's near impossible to write positive reviews for anyone or anything. I hope the people who support this incompetence, ineptitude and unprofessionalism are really happy with themselves...it's only going to get worse. Nobody cares about anything and hardworking people suffer.

I appreciate that person and what they ended up being able to do, however, the journey was extremely difficult. My one star is for the CVS infrastructure, which is extremely detrimental to customers and their employees. I had previously written a positive review saying they tried their best to help me track down my meds despite an inaccurate inventory system. They were able to fill 1 of 2 prescriptions and said they would transfer the other prescription to a store that had the other prescriptions in stock. After waiting a while for them to transfer, we rushed off to the other store with only a few minutes to spare before they closed. After driving 10 miles from this store to the other store, arriving 7 minutes before they closed, we learned that the prescription wasn't transferred at all. When the other store called this pharmacy to get the verification needed to fill the prescription, since it was so close to closing, this store picked up and immediately HUNG UP on the other CVS pharmacist trying to help us. Now, because of how this prescription transfer was handled, there is no way to fill the prescription without contacting this location and having them fix their mistake
