I had a family emergency and I had to relocate to Jersey. The other pharmacies here in Jersey are horrible. They actually want to throw me out we can't fill your prescriptions here !! That was from Rite Aid . ! I been with Walgreens for over 22 years and this Walgreens is the best there's a few other ones that will help me also but they're a little bit too far out of my way. ! This was right Down the street from where I'm staying with my family it's also their Walgreens too ! We get our family prescriptions filled here & have been for many years. The pharmacists are so wonderful here. They know exactly what they are doing. They are always on "their game" and so knowledgeable and personal. They call us when they know we are getting low on our prescriptions and give us a friendly reminder & make all the necessary calls to get our refills & insurance approvals/precerts It's always a pleasant conversation & interaction and in these days, that's a great quality we so appreciate!! 5+ STARS ALWAYS!! read more

Walgreens - a drive thru pharmacy on a street - Drugstores Near Me - Williamstown, New Jersey

This place is a hot mess! My doctor's office called in prescriptions and no one AT Walgreens even answered (9:00 am) so my doctor left a message by providing the information for my scrips to be filled. After I left the doctor's office, I call to see when it will be ready and they don't even have it. They don't listen to their messages smh. So I go back to my doctor's office and get the scrips and drive it over to them. The girl says it will be ready in an hour to an hour and a half. I show up an hour and a half later and at first she couldn't find the order and then she says it is not even started. Then she says the pharmacist is going on a break so it may be filled later this evening. What a waste of my time. I just went to Rite Aid and got them filled. DO BETTER SMH read more

A normal Walgreens run to print out some photos. The guy behind the counter wasn't really helpful at first but once I asked, he walked me through the process. The photos were high quality and I was pleased with them. I usually come here for medication which is usually seamless and easy. read more

Thousand times NO- do not use this pharmacy. I have been a long time customer and they are just ok to fill my rx since I never really need lot of them. I'm in need of prednisone for my severe allergy and they told me they are busy now and it will take an hour since it's holiday weekend. I come back next day since I had something else to go through, the irresponsible pharmacist said he doesn't understand the doctor direction and can't fill. I'm usually a pretty peaceful person, but this place makes me want to drive my car into oncoming traffic. If I could give 0 stars I would. This has been my pharmacist for years, but it seemingly goes down hill every year. Never send meds here if you're sick because they don't listen to their voicemail or are seemingly ever up to date. Renewing prescriptions through the app is a waste cause they never get them. Good luck getting in touch with them because you'll be waiting on the phone for 20+ minutes. The his relates to the pharmacy only. This pharmacy is the worst in the WORLD!! They never call when prescriptions are ready. Doctor will send one day and they won't fill it until days later. I've sat on the phone waiting for hours for someone to pick up the phone to ask why my prescription was taking so long and they've either answered and hung up immediately so they didn't have to hear the phone ring anymore. I've also waited so long I even drove to the store while on hold saw 5 personnel behind the counter and they never even picked up the phone I was meet at the counter and they asked what they could help with. this pharmacy is terrible I wish I was closer to another one so I didn't have to deal with their emotional and physiological abuse. read more

This is for the pharmacy only, so my Dr sent the rx in yesterday and thier system/app is always messed up and you have to call to verify if your order is done yet or not. Until today the past month trying to get through on the ohine is 1-2hr wait. Which is another issue in itself. So my rx sent yesterday was pending got busy and didn't stop by. Today I call and they flat out told me the other patients meds are more important than mine and that's why they were not filled yesterday! Like are you seriously telling me I'm less important then others? What kind of customer service is that. Amongst many issues I've had with the pharmacy I'd highly recommend going else where for your meds. Especially the 13 south black horse pike Williamstown nj 08094 store! Horrible Horrible service and care there. Now I have to switch all my meds to another pharmacy. This store should be closed down and the employee re trained on how to interact with customers before being sent to another store or at lest re trained and possibly kept. No one in their right mind would make this particular Walgreens their pharmacy unless their insurer was forcing them to use it for a better rate on drugs, as my insurer is forcing me to do. Case in point: I just ended a call where I needed to speak to a pharmacist about 3 different drugs that are interrelated (i.e., an issue that could not be addressed by the store's horrendous automated phone system). So, I first waited 52 minutes on the line before a pharmacist picked up. She quickly blurted: "Please hold." Then, before I could utter a word, she threw me back on hold. I then sat on hold for another 10 minutes before the phone finally began to ring in anticipation of being picked up. It rang like this for over 3 minutes, and then the line finally disconnected . So there is an hour of my life I'll never get back. NOTE: This is a typical experience when trying to reach a pharmacist at this store, not a one-off. Steer clear of using this place unless you're being compelled to do it. read more

This is by far the worst walgreens i have ever been too, the lines are always so long, every cashier moves at a snails pace and chats with their friends that are in line. Never once does a manager come out to assist the other people waiting in line for over 20 mins while someone is holding up the line complaining that the bounty paper towels that they want are on sale for 2.99 but was rang up as 3.05, please get quicker cashiers and put more than one cashier on at all times. read more

I went to this location to use the clinic for a TB test. The nurse practitioner was AWESOME! She was so awesome, I might skip my family doctor the next time I need something and go see her. I made an appointment for both parts of the test and was in and out in under five minutes. They have kiosks there for patrons to use to sign in when they arrive and to make future appointments. read more

General store is 5 star. Staff are friendly amd helpful... On the other hand, i would not recommend filling a script at this pharmacy. Most of the actual pharmacists are very rude and could careless about you and if they don't lime you, your going to be waiting much longer then others pissibly hours or even days for your perscriptions to be filled. Cashier is normally wandering and could care less about you standing there for what feels like forever. I understand the place is busy then get more help and open for more hours. The pharmacy hours suck now and on top of that regardless if you drop prescription off two days early, the day needed you still find yourself waiting for the doc to dp his job. My experience with the Pharmacy #Horrible. I was told by the pharmacist, via phone, to pick my prescription up in 15 mins. When I arrived, I was informed by a pharmacist that (with no reason/excuse) my prescription was filled at another Walgreens location. After pleading my case (that I just spoke with a man at their location and was informed to pick it up) the pharmacist told me the prescription was re-shelved and there was nothing they/I could do about it but wait for them to pull it from the shelf. It should be said my prescription was for a machine, not medication, so I dont know why the wait time was estimated 20 mins. read more

If they are out of a medication they don't call to tell you. You have to come and pick up your meds to find out they don't have it. They are rude as can be. AVOID this pharmacy at all costs! Horrible customer service, slow and incompetent pharmacists. They don't care if they have a line out the door and continue to move at a snails pace. Management never gets these guys help, it's awful. I routinely have to wait at least an hr for scripts when my kids are sick. Just used them for the last time as my daughters script was called in 3 hours before I picked it up and they were out. It's nothing extraordinary. The kicker is they failed to pick up the phone and let me know and/or have it waiting at another Walgreens. Instead just stared at me when I explained the situation and asked for another solution besides waiting a day. This is not a medicine she can wait for and needed another dose tonight. I will take my business elsewhere as Walgreens clearly does not care about their customers and accepts mediocre performance from their staff.
