Their representative, Shane Ponchot, was very pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. He gathered the necessary information that we would need to present an insurance claim, and showed me the pictures of the damage, and explained the replacement of the roof. Shane then went over the claim with my insurance company. After the claim was approved they promptly scheduled to replace my roof. The roof is now done, and it looks great! Everyone I dealt with at this company were very pleasant. This is the way businesses should operate. I would highly recommend them.

We hired this company to remodel our bathroom and it has been an absolute nightmare from start to…read morefinish. After four months, we still do not have a functioning shower. The list of errors is extensive: the flooring was installed incorrectly, the faucet in the tub was incorrect, the shower trim color was wrong and had to be reordered, and the shower door was installed backwards. We have had to micromanage every aspect of the project to catch each error as it was occuring. Each mistake has required a return visit - we are now looking at a 5th return to complete -- and even after multiple appointments spanning four months, the project is still not finished. Each person we've spoken to has simply pointed a finger at someone else. Each correction came with additional fees to correct. No offers to compensate us through discount even when asked. We expected a professional, timely remodel. Instead, we've been left without a shower for four months due to repeated errors and poor quality control. I cannot recommend this company to anyone. Save yourself the stress and find a contractor who gets it right the first time.

My experience was with and the amount of disrespect he shows to everyone especially his female employee which I dont remember her name. However she was the most helpful lovely person ive ever dealt with and if she didnt know she was honest and called another employee to answer my question which was very helpful of her. This is where the man came in I believe his name was Joe or Jim I dont remember However this man made me feel incredibly stupid for asking questions im here to learn what the best route for my remodel would be. I dont need talked to like im an idiot and I certainly think its very unprofessional to talk to his employees the way he does and its not ok to call them idiots in front of customers! I dont know why anyone would want to deal with him and I certainly dont care of you were a department head at lowes. All in all horrible manners very disrespectful to everyone and employees honestly he could learn alot from the female who works there when it comes to patience, understanding, and the helpfulness she brings to the table. If we ever go back she will be the only one we speak with. I advise others if visiting this location to find her as well..
