Had a very disappointing experience with this place. I called for an eye exam at which point I was…read morescheduled with an "MD". Because he was an MD they don't take eye insurance only medical. Unaware there was a difference I had no idea I was gonna need $95. I have insurance and every year ( at another office) I get my eye exam and it has been covered by my insurance. When I asked why my insurance wasn't covering my exam I was told they stopped covering the procedure. I was shocked when and why. The receptionist insisted that my eye insurance didn't cover only to go to the eye glass side to be told my another person they had ran my medical not my eye insurance..I went back to the area where I had paid about their mistake just to be told I had seen a MD. Really? Why? Since he did nothing more or less than my other eye doctor. Truly the lady who escorted me to the exam room did more of the exam than the MD. I read the charts for her she dilated my eyes, read my prescription on my old glasses, and put everything in the computer. He read what she typed in and took less than 5 minutes with me but charge me 95.00.
