TERRIBLE!!! I have been trying to reach this business for 3 months and Joe and Aaron never return phone calls or answer the phone. I was finally able to set up an appointment in early April and surprise, they never showed. I have been unable to reach them since. I purchased a living social voucher for $40 and living social will not give me a refund and Walker's windows will not honor the voucher. If I could give this company negative stars I would! I purchased a living social coupon for a two storied window cleaning. I called Walkers MANY, MANY times and left messages to schedule an appointment but no one ever called me back. Months went by and I continued to keep trying to call. At that point I felt like they were intentionally ignoring me. I called living social wanting my money back but they said just give Walkers "more time". About 6 months later, for some reason, Walkers FINALLY decided to call me back. He left a message and when I returned his call, it was no surprise when he didn't answer the phone. Wow, these guys are great! My windows have never been so clean. My windows were not just dirty; they were FILTHY. They not only cleaned the usual grime, but also paint drips and other side effects of construction on our property. They also cleaned the screens, windowsills, everything. I bought a deal with them on Living Social. We had an appointment and he wanted to come earlier in the day, but I explained I could not be home then. I told him he could come later. That was the last I heard. I have left numerous messages with no response. Living Social told me to email him, which I did. Still no response. All I want are my windows cleaned. I would never recommend this company to anyone. I purchased a voucher through Lining Social. Once Mr. Walker arrived he asked for my voucher and I asked if he wanted to start inside or outside and he said he was only doing the exterior. I came in and printed my voucher which simply said two-story window cleaning. It also said see clearly now with streak free windows. I told him that the voucher or deal on Living Social did not say anything about exterior only. he told me that Living social only pays him $19 and what did I expect. I said I expect to be told that it only included the exterior and then asked why I was not told this when I called to make the appointment, his response was I did not ask. So I said apparently you are not the owner and he said he was. I told him that he should have stated on his deal exactly what was being offered. the then told me I was lucky he was even here. I came inside and called Living Social and complained then went out to talk to him again. he had left and he never even finished cleaning my windows. read more

Fantastic job done by both young men!! Very professional and courteous and arrived 15 minutes early. They were here and gone in about an hour and left everything in tip-top condition. They took their shoes off while inside so as not to track in anything. We live on a fairly steep hill and they tackled it with not problem using their very long ladders. Such a reasonable price for all of our windows. Definitely will use them again. These two guys know their 'stuff'. read more

After Joe left, I turned the light off in the bathroom because I thought they had left it on. To my surprise, the light then came on. That either tells you my windows had been really dirty or they were amazingly clean. My whole house now is sparkling and light. Great service. Will never again wash my windows myself. I used a Living Social coupon for two story window washing. They showed up on time, windows look good. I am happy they cleaned the screens. When they were done they just packed up and left. I am not sure they got all the windows! They did not ask if I was satisfied, tell me thanks for the business, give me a card for next time - NOTHING. We have used these guys in the past, but after today, no more. They missed cleaning the filthy tracks on one of our windows last year, so my husband simply asked them to double check this year, and they decided that they were not going to clean our windows at all. Had the nerve to imply that for their inexpensive price, that we shouldn't be picky. Sorry, we will find someone who wants to actually provide good service to their customers. read more

First of all I bought a coupon from Living Social. So I called several times to make an appt, no response back, so of course coupon expired. Called Living social to try and get a refund and they would not honor, they did research and found that there were a ton of other complaints about the company, but they still would not give me a refund. so I decided to try and call the company again and I actually got a call back. We set a date for today at 9 a.m. By 9:30 no show, so I called and they said they would be here around 10, I said you could have called to say you were going to be late, so by 10:30 I figured they weren't even coming so I was prepared to call BBB or Call 3, and then my son said they were there. So as I'm writing this I'm laughing because he called like 20 mins later if that saying they had left!!! They only cleaned the outside of a few windows, I'm still laughing, I said to him you have to be kidding, I should have stayed at his house, I had bought this coupon for him, so of course I tried to call them but no answer, so I left them a nice message, ya right, and Monday will be calling the BBB and call 3 to report them.
