I bought rattan garden furniture from the website, their range of garden furniture is extensive offering chairs and sofa sets as well as sun loungers and dining sets. I personally purchased a rattan garden sofa, it arrived quickly and looked as it did in the images on the website - perfect! The whole range is reasonably priced and of excellent quality, well worth the investment for a stylish piece for your home and garden. As well as garden furniture, Design Home and Garden sell a range of home furnishings and accessories. Their stock really is beautiful and unique. I would definitely shop here again, particularly for their rattan garden furniture and outdoor furniture/accessories.

I immediately got in touch with the shop owner explaining the situation - it took me sending two emails and then finally calling to get someone'a attention. She then admitted that the shelf she had in stock was in the same state, so couldn't offer a swap but said I could take a discount or a refund. As I spent almost a couple hundred pounds on it I opted for the refund. it's now been two weeks and i can't get anyone to reply to an email or my phone calls. terrible customer service - stay away!!
