I wholeheartedly understood that it would take a few months to be seen by their "family doctors", but when I was told they only had 3 available doctors taking new patients I was perfectly fine with the schedule to wait. Then the receptionist tells me which doctor I wanted and mentioned Dr. Wagner as a first option so I opt that my two kids and I be seen by Dr. Wagner. Then here's the catch: the receptionist asks you a bunch of MEDICAL questions and current meds you're on and Dr. Wagner will then "DECIDE" if he will see us?! WHAT IN THE HEALTH CARE WORLD?! I was shocked by her statement and received a call two days later saying that Dr. Wagner decline to "care" or see my kids and I. BRAVO, DR. WAGNER! I bet denying and getting to pick and chose who you want to see makes you feel better about yourself as a practicing doctor who took the Hippocratic oath LIKE ALL DOCTORS DO and now that you're a "big time Dr" in a small town that oath DOES NOT apply to you. This clinic and how they run is truly unbelievable! They called me a few days later REPEATEDLY to let me know another available doctor in their clinic is willing to see me and my children. YEAH.....NO! You may think you are the "it" clinic in WW, but I managed to get myself and my children a good family doctor in WW and could care less about you offering up your next doctor. Walla Walla clinic I truly appreciate the laughs. Now from what I'm reading, Dr. Wagner isn't that great of a doctor anyway so, thank you for denying myself and my two children care! The grass IS IN FACT greener on the other side, folks! Don't settle for WW clinic and their bs stipulations or being "judged" by a Dr before being seen and waiting to see if a doctor will deny or approve to see you!! I believed that the disc bulge, osteoarthritis, and pinched nerve was a sentence to settling for a less than active lifestyle. Before Dr. Webber, I tried a chiropractor who used the instrument-assisted adjusting techniques and had no relief. I saw an orthopedic doctor who after diagnosis suggested surgery. Months later with a combination of fear and hope, I had my first appointment with Dr. Webber. After a thorough examination and adjustment, she had a plan for my recovery. During the half hour visits, she demonstrated and supervised exercises to strengthen weakness and correct mobility. As instructed, I followed up with the home exercises as prescribed. It took 11 sessions and a lot of work on my part, following instructions provided with the therapy (posture of course, diligence with icing, and doing my 1 minute of exercises several times a day). I am so thankful! No doctor or procedure can just zap you fixed, especially from chronic pain caused by a lifetime of bad posture, repetitive motion, etc., but I know my old fears and doubts of chiropractors is a thing of the past.
