    We bought a car from Wallace Kia Stuart and Donald was the salesman. He was an excellent salesman. He could answer any questions I had concerning the car. He was patient and kind. Go get yourself a Kia from Donald. You won't regret it.

    My new KIA I bought elsewhere

    Very poor sales tactics. I'm disappointed in how this dealership is ran. They tell you one thing and it changes the next day. I would not recommend Pictured is my new Kia I bought from Kia Vero beach

    The salesman and the finance guy at Wallace Kia were terrible. They were not fair or straight forward with my nephew when he came to buy a car. The price they ended up offering was the exact sticker price plus $2000 financed for the balance of the vehicle they were trading. When I told them my nephew couldn't afford the vehicle at this time they told me we had 30 days to make a decision or they would have to run his credit again but as long as we came back in those 30 days they wouldn't have to. Side note, we went to car max instead and they gave us $1000 toward the trade in. I don't feel comfortable with this company and would never recommend this place to anyone I know, nor would I go there myself. The picture below shows how they ran the credit three days in a row despite their "30 day" promise.

    This dealership advertised a Kia Soul 2.0 liter engine, White, for $22,370 with a $500 customer cash discount. During the test drive I confirmed with the salesperson (Matthew) that the price of the vehicle was $22,370 and potentially less with dealer discounts such as the $500 advertised. Once back in the showroom, after the test drive, Matthew informed me that the price of the vehicle, with "market condition adjustment" was 31,730. I told him this was clearly a bait and switch tactic and is an illegal business practice. He went on to describe business conditions in which the dealership had to charge more than the sticker price and that the sticker price is just a "suggested Price" subject to change. He took some time to discuss with his manager that I was only willing to pay the posted (sticker on the car and price posted on the dealership website) and came back saying that the manager could not sell me the car for the posted price of $22,370. I told him I was not paying nearly $9,000 more than the sticker price for the car and told him I planned to report this to the Attorney General of Florida (I filed a complaint today 2/14/22 with the office of Ashley Moody - Attorney General for FL). I left the dealership when it was evident that they were not going to honor the price posted on the car. Additionally - while I was waiting for Matthew to return from his "talk" with his manager - I completed a request for a quote using the dealer website. I received a call immediately from a woman named "Summer". She aked me when I would come in to look at the car and I told her I could be there in 15 minutes. She confirmed that the price of the car was $22, 370, and that the $500 discount would bring the price of the car down to $21,870. She also mentioned that there is more "room for negotiation of the price once you are at the dealership". I hope that the Florida Attorney General takes action on this matter - but in the meantime - buyers beware. This is an illegal business practice and quite frankly it is shocking that this is taking place in 2022!! Really bummer too - because I really wanted to purchase the car.

    Excellent car buying experience. I dealt with Mark in F&I, Andrew, Brian & Rachel in sales. Everyone was very helpful, upfront & knowledgeable. Nice people to work with. Mark had my paperwork ready for my appointment, I was at the dealership for 1 1/2 hours. Easy Peasy.

    Coming to this dealership has been frustrating from the start. I purchased my used Jeep Wrangler about a year and a half ago and also purchased an extended warranty that was clearly explained to include service coverage so I would not be paying out-of-pocket. At the time of purchase, I specifically confirmed that I could go to any Wallace dealership for basic services like oil changes and tire rotations. I was told absolutely yes -- the only exception being if there was a vehicle issue that required a Jeep dealership, which is completely understandable. I live next to Wallace Hyundai, while the Jeep location is 30 minutes away on a good traffic day -- and anyone who drives U.S. Route 1 knows that's not always predictable. A few months after purchasing the vehicle, the check engine light came on. While diagnosing that issue, I was told I needed four new tires. This made absolutely no sense considering I had just purchased the vehicle and work from home, so my mileage is very low. I declined the tires and discussed it with my husband, who works on million-dollar Dassault Falcon jets -- the same type owned by Taylor Swift and formerly by Jimmy Buffett. Needless to say, he knows what he's looking at. He confirmed I only needed two tires, and even that was not urgent. After raising the concern with customer service, I ultimately received two new tires at no charge. However, when I later asked the original service advisor why I was told I needed four tires but only given two, there was no explanation -- just silence. The next issue involved trying to schedule routine service. I requested to book my oil change and tire rotation at Wallace Hyundai, since I had been told I could go to any Wallace dealership for basic service. After calling twice, I was then told I could only go to the Jeep dealership -- which directly contradicts what I was told at the time of purchase. When I went to the Jeep dealership for service, I thankfully had a different advisor who was professional and helpful. On a prior visit, I had asked for a simple oil change reminder sticker to be placed on the windshield since I don't drive often. The previous advisor refused and told me to "just check the percentage on the screen." This time, the new advisor couldn't believe I had been denied something so basic and placed the reminder sticker on the vehicle himself. I also attempted to speak with management regarding the conflicting information about where I could service my vehicle, but that concern was essentially brushed aside. At this point, it feels like there is no accountability within the building. When customers raise valid concerns, they should not feel dismissed. Moving forward, I will be taking matters into my own hands and changing my warranty coverage to one that allows me to service my vehicle at any Jeep dealership without confusion or contradiction. I simply expect transparency, consistency, and honesty -- especially when making a major purchase.

Recently, I purchased a Cadillac from AutoNation on 45th Street in West Palm Beach and had a wonderful experience. I've shared my experience on Google and Yelp, where I have over 635,000 followers. I'd like to bring to your attention a recent experience I had at your Wallace Jeep location in Stuart. I drove an hour and a half to meet with one of your salespeople who had quoted me via text on my trade-in. I agreed to the deal, and he asked me to come in immediately. Unfortunately, when I arrived, he hadn't secured approval for the trade-in offer. The biggest disappointment was dealing with your sales manager, Tony N. After an hour of small talk, he walked away, promising to see what he could do. Thirty minutes later, he sent the salesperson back to tell me there was nothing he could do to honor their initial offer. Tony didn't even have the courtesy to speak to me himself or say goodbye. In total, I spent over six hours at your dealership that day. That evening, I called back ready to buy the vehicle at their asking price, only to be told it had just been sold to another customer. Ironically, the salesperson called me today to say the other deal fell through and asked how he could earn my business on that same vehicle. Frankly, Mr. Wallace, you and your team should be ashamed to have these two individuals representing your name. Their dishonesty and typical "used car salesman" antics were truly disappointing. After that experience, I went on to buy another Cadillac at AutoNation in West Palm Beach, and I'm glad I did. Please, I urge you to look into your Stuart location and ensure your team is upholding the reputation you've worked so hard to build. RED FLAG 1, dishonest they charged my card $515. RED FLAG 2, deceit The car had 338 miles on it when I arrived and saw it. Joshua refused to give me the cars price and info before I arrived. Classic BAIT AND SWITCH tactics. RED FLAG 3, wasted time I asked joshua why the car had 338 miles and he told me it was a dealer trade so I asked him which dealer it come from and he said he will find out. After hours of waiting the general manager Amir Saleema tells me they wont sell me the car because im asking too many questions. I left home at 2pm and got back at 9pm at night. This dealership was trying to scam me and sell me a used car as new! When I turned on the car the motor you could hear it roaring from inside the car, I had test driven 2 hybrids of the same make model and trim and they were all silent.     Purchased a preowned Lincoln Nautilas from Wallace Chevorolet, with a prepaid maintenance plan…read more Was told when we purchased the maintenance plan that we could have the oil changes done at Wallace Chevrolet since it is close to our house. Everytime we call to schedule an appointment, they say "we have a Lincoln dealer in Ft, Pierce, take it there". No, we don't want to drive 45 minutes north to Ft. Pierce. We tell the lady making the reservation that we are bringing in a Lincoln Nautilas. She apparently doesn't communicate with the service advisors as to what make vehicle it is. We get there and the service advisor says we don't have the oil filter for that car, we'll have to order it. It'll take a couple of hours for the oil change. Mind you, there's an O'Reilly and NAPA down the street. It took 5 hours for the oil change. This hasn't happened once, it's a cluster f^( everytime, because they don't communicate with each other, or attempt to correct the situation for the next time. They just don't give 2 shiats. I guess we'll just have to drive 45 minutes north to get quality service. Buyer beware of promises.
