I took a screenshot and immediately texted the information to Mr Myers. Over two weeks later and no word I called Mr Myers on October 27th but got an answering machine which was full and I couldn't leave a message I called again on October 30th and once again got the answering machine stating the inbox is full and I can't leave a message After not being able to leave a message for Mr Myers, I sent him another text message on October 30th of which he has yet to respond to. Given multiple chances, this repairman proved himself to be completely unreliable. I originally contacted Joe based on referral of a friend. After discussing the issue with my motorhome on May 28, Joe told me he would call on May 31 to schedule appointment for possibly June 3. He was headed on vacation first week of June and wanted to be sure he could get the job done. Joe never called back, so I assumed he was busy, and I moved on to Interstate RV for assistance with installing in-house water filter. On June 12, Interstate RV referred me to, "one of our best technicians, Joe" and said he would be calling me. On June 14 I had not heard from the Interstate RV technician and called them for follow-up. They gave me his cellphone number, which I recognized and Joe Myers' but felt it worth reaching out for assistance. Joe and I talked briefly on June 14 and scheduled an appointment for 10AM on June 17. At 10:30AM Joe was a no-show and I called him to see if he was delayed. Joe acted as though he was unaware of the previous call but rescheduled appointment for 1PM that same day. I sent Joe the address of location for my motorhome just a few minutes later. I returned to the motorhome at 12:45 and waited until 1:35PM. Joe Myers was a no-show. I texted Joe indicting I had been waiting and after three failed attempts I was cancelling the service call. Joe's response was, "Sorry it rained here and I had to go get parts and comeback. Help didn't show up running behind." This call was to install a water filter and correct a leak where the water line connects to the filter. I found Joe Myers RV unreliable and recommend others avoid using this service.

Over the next few years we spent traveling the United States, missing only eight states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Over the years, we have always felt like we've been ripped off, taken advantage of or price gouged. We didn't have much hope left that there were any genuine & honest RV repair shops out there, especially the last few we used and attempted to use here in East Tennessee but thankfully, we were wrong! Unlimited RV did such a phenomenal job. They were extremely communicative, efficient, fast and were upfront and honest with expectations and work to be done. Additionally, the work they did was far beyond what we expected. Although I'm glad we don't have anymore issues on the RV, I'll be more than happy to drive the hour and a half to come back to this shop if I ever needed!! P.S. Update on issue with Campers Inn…read more Update on my tremendous troubles with this company. 2 months later we finally got a refund from our own Bank on our credit card, for the fraudulent charges from Campers Inn that were never reimbursed despite the fact that Campers Inn multiple times IN Writing confirmed 'the check is on the way'. Anyway, that part is now finally solved. 2nd part is the refund for the dead batteries on purchase of a new +150K RV, as of today and with multiple confirmations in writing from Colin (Campers Inn Knoxville), Dusty (Regional), Chris (Georgia) and corporate, 'check is sent, it's taken care of' to 'let me check on it' NO CHECK has arrived today. So again, we have another 4 people straight up lying to your face, including corporate. I have no other choice than to post this to make people aware of this company, As of today, I will file with the Better Business Bureau and if this will not get me my money back for the dead batteries on a brand new RV, I will personally take them to small claim court, just to see the judge ruling on this.
