The service was colder than the Ice cream. Clearly ran by untrained, rude and completely unprofessional staff. The managers attitude and her team was disgraceful during our visit today. I would like to make a recommendation for all team members and their manager to attend a crash course in basic customer service. What could have been a lovely experience was very quickly the opposite and extremely disappointing. The manager does not address or accept responsibly for her staff's bad and immature attitude despite several tables witnessing it. For the staff member who organised our table and who clearly hadn't had a great day, I suggest you find an alternative field of work and also seek anger management. read more

We drove by Wallings and noticed the line out the door and assumed it must be worth the wait. That was a wrong assumption and I would recommend not making the mistake we did. You would think that ice cream sold on the premises of the actual farm would be amazing and fresh, but it was neither. It had very little flavor and the toppings were rock hard. My wife actually did not even finish hers. Would not recommend Wallings unless you're out of options. read more
