My boyfriend went in with a picture, and showed the barber who said "I know exactly what you mean". He ended up with hair that looked absolutely nothing like the picture, and even more disappointing she cut off most of his length, which was what he wanted to keep (and the picture had the same length hair as he had - before it was all chopped off). I could cry I am so upset about this. Very disappointing, and now it will take 3 months to grow back. I'm sorry, but I would strongly suggest to look elsewhere. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

He was super kind, and professional. I was charged $40 due to it being a Sunday. He said that because he was trying something different on me, if I didn't like it and wanted it a bit shorter, I could come back within 48 hours and get it cut again at no extra charge. I thought was a great policy, I didn't think I would need to use it but my sister wanted my hair shorter for the Summer so I went back the next day after work and saw another man called Gio. Gio did an awesome job, shaved my sides down and got it a lot shorter like my sister wanted, it looked awesome as well as the first haircut. Gio did 10/10 job on the second haircut, attention to detail was perfect. Even put some wax in my hair and a hot towel for my face. Definitely coming back here.

Comfortable hairdressing chairs to sit in, and for those of you having a wash, Ben's wash basin is super comfortable too, supporting your head well and keeping pressure off your neck, which can be uncomfortable. Ben is super friendly, and very knowledgeable in all things hair related. You can show him photos of what you'd like, or explain it to him, and he will read your hair "qualities" and tell you if he thinks it would look good on you. I've had two completely differently styled haircuts from him, both excellent!

The shop itself is awesomely decked out with skateboard gear, checkerboard tiles and a sweet graphic of a boxer (who could well be called 'Gentleman Jim') on the front shop window. Looking sharp!
