Once we saw the craftsmanship and meticulousness of how Dan worked to match up the brickwork for the Chimney and how professionally he and his crews preformed in all areas including clean-up at the end of the day-we were sold! Every nook and cranny requiring repair around the foundation was done expertly. The chimney looks amazing and you would never know the bricks weren't the same (they were older bricks that were discontinued). The care and precision taken in every step of the process was done to perfection. The porch stone work is spectacular and how they worked to ensure the angles for water flow (away from the house)...everything was taken into consideration. At the onset, quotes were reasonable prior to Covid-19 and he stuck to what was promised with no hidden surprises - and let us know when one project turned out to be less than quoted. Dan was always assessable for a call and came when promised - all work was completed on time and the whole process was smooth from the very start to the end. However, come spring in 2025 started to notice cracking in the asphalt and some depressions. They claim to provide a 2 year warranty on their work. I called Carmen in the late winter, early spring, no answer. Called again later and left a message, he replied that he would take a look and we met some time later, calls and text messages were made, was promised repairs would be made. It is now 2026, with no action.

Very disappointed as we were recommended to use them from our neighbor and now out $500. I wouldn't recommend them as customer service and communication is very poor unless they are trying to get your business! UPDATE: Well I have an update to my review, I have spoken to Vito by phone on August 15 from Park Paving regarding my review and came to an agreement to refund my $500 deposit! As I said this was August 15 and to this day September 28 have heard nothing from this company. I would consider other paving companies as they were not the cheapest but because a neighbor had their driveway done by them I could see the product and chose to have it done by them. We agreed on a price and Carmen requested a $500 deposit, reasonable I thought and gave him a cheque which has been cashed (March 12, 2021)by the way but that was March 11, 2021 and still waiting on my money back!

Once we paid him he took off and told us we were the problem. After dealing with him since April 2023 when the job was suppose to start, he quit in July, mid September after having to get a lawyer involved he has refunded us in FULL. Rude! DO NOT HIRE! Company was removed off google but I don't want someone to get tricked on Yelp.
