We stopped in and asked them to take a look, and they were able to quickly figure out what the issue was and help us figure out a solution. They had the kind of oil we needed to top us off and most places don't carry it. They even called 3 local parts stores trying to help us find the cap we needed, which Valvoline cracked when they over-tightened it. This happened in October of 2021, and my car is still suffering from their negligence…read more Took it in for a standard oil change, fluid top off and windshield wiper blade replacement. One of the mechanics opened my door to check the proper measurements for tire pressure, seems fine until they slammed the door shut so hard that they KNOCKED THE ENTIRE WINDOW off the track and broke it. When I asked them to put the window back, they claimed they weren't "allowed" to handle such a repair, which I now know is code for "we can't admit to damaging a customer's car". It was a $400+ repair to get the window back on track and the damaged parts replaced, and I had to find another garage in Adrian to do the work. As for the wiper blades... They never really worked right. They barely cleaned the windshield in the two years that I had them on the car. When I went to replace them with a new set, I discovered that the blades that these "professionals" used were the WRONG SIZE. They were not compatible with my car's model despite the blades being an adequate size, meaning that they were never going to do the job correctly. These people are quick at their jobs, but far from professional! They're sloppy with their work, don't double-check anything and will damage your car without any care once you paid your bill and you're on your way. Avoid this place! Especially since they charge $60 for an oil change when every other garage in Adrian will do it for half that price without breaking your vehicle.

Attendant checking customers in was hostile when I failed to understand that a stop sign at their facility somehow meant stop and wait in place. I did exactly what I did the last time they changed my oil which was stop at the stop sign and then pull around to the back of the building where the sign said to wait for the attendant. After the attendant checked in two customers that came in behind me, he finally deemed me worthy of attention. At that time he told me that because I wasn't happy to be ignored for 10 minutes while sitting waiting to get my oil changed that I wasn't good enough to have my oil changed at his facility. They got it right in and told me that it also needed a radiator, fan clutch, and idler pulley's which being it's a 2005 I seen no problem in that so I went ahead and bought the parts and had it all sent there they put it all on. I can get the suburban back and pick it up and it pulls to the ditch and the radiator hose blew off due to to the FORGETTING not putting a clamp on it. I call Jack and ask him why it's pulling to the ditch he did not do that before he said my alignment machine is broken I said I got charge for an alignment he said well you'll have to send it somewhere else to get it aligned took it to Quincy they didn't have the right adapters to align my truck due to the wheels and tires that are on it I called Jack he said send it to Stillwell's. Send it to Stillwell's they told me that there's no way it could've been aligned because the ball joint is out I called Jack and tell him that I had it aligned and the ball joint he said he'll take care of the alignment and some of the ball joint he never did take care of the ball joint but he did take care of the alignment. After Stillwell's my engine light was blinking saying that it is a fuel system failure or a spark plug failure in which Jack did put brand new spark plugs and wires on and I took it back to Jack again one of the wires were burnt off due to not routing the wiring correctly he did not charge me for that but he did charge me to re-torque the headers he put on. I asked him why I'm getting another bill when the last bill was not taken care of from Stillwell's his boy and Jack told me that they'll never do business with me again but they will waive the header bolts re-torque. All of these issues are within 100 miles of driving the suburban suburban had aftermarket headers on it since 2006 he had so many excuses that I've lost track. He also said that he'll never do business with me or my family I am very upset and disappointed in Phatt Jaxx Due to not standing behind what they do
