Cuts and Bolts Fabrics is easy to miss. If you look for it, it's before the bridge, and that's the best way to describe their location. I walked in, and they are a tiny shop but pack alot. I saw material I've never seen anywhere. They have the popular material companies, but their patterns are interesting. I like how they are innovative in their techniques. Their Row By Row pattern turned out cute. But the whole sop is not entirely about being cute. If I lived near Chillicothe, I would shop there all the time. This and Hamilton, and I would be set.
