We were about to pull out & MeMe ran into the parking lot to find me to give me my extra bag of chips since I was over charged. They were busy with it being 4th of July but she still went out of her way for me & I think that's customer service right there. If management or corporate sees this, she deserves a raise!! I had a nail in my tire and had gone to another tire shop it town to see if they could patch it but…read moreunfortunately the nail is in a location they couldn't patch (too close to the tire wall). They said if I wanted to try a plug that I should go to the Sweetwater BP, so that's what I did. It's a bit of a confusing setup because it's a gas station but they do auto shop work there as well. I parked and went it and had to wait about 15 min with my son before they were able to fit me in but then I just drove my car up to a door and the tech had me stay in the car and it took 5min or less for him to get the plug in. I know plugs can be a risk and they don't always work but they only charged $15 for the plug so I figured it's a risk worth taking and by golly it's lasted me a couple months now. I don't think it'll last forever but I'm happy to extend my tire's life as long as I can! The waiting area is SMALL and cramped, and not at all ideal for bringing a baby or toddler (I had no other choice). Not a super clean space but pretty on par for auto shops and I appreciate them getting me in quickly and doing a solid job.

My biggest 'at-a-boy' goes to the counter clerk, 'Amanda'. She was intelligent/fast on the uptake, efficient, well spoken/articulate, genuinely friendly & pleasant. Based on her attributes I asked her if she was the manager. She said, 'No, just an employee.' With her presentation & abilities, she should be at least a supervisor. In any case, we were driving cross country and this stop was the best in many categories. Thank you!

Well this gas station opened up in Grovetown Ga last summer and it joined the gas price wars at 25…read morecents less that the other 4 gas station around. At the time I went here no lottery yet and inside the store was kind of bear you know not too much of anything. The counter person was polite and respectful. Overall now it has joined the regular gas prices for the area and I haven't been inside to see about the lottery since I've been on sick leave from work(which I miss it like a fully loaded hot dog) but let me return soon and I'll give as update.
